Villa Risiche is a famous pasticeria in Sofia with delicious cakes, the service however is horrible, I have never waited for a cake to be cut and served will take 50 minutes!!! Waiters forger the orders, politeness and customer service is not their strength either....The distance between the takes is almost none, it doesn't matter where your table is, you are sitting in intimate closeness to everybody in the room.More

I consider myself a frequent customer and i have always loved the food and the service, i have also always recommended this place to friends and family. This is why i have never thought that i would ever give it a “poor” review. Me and...my mom visited the bakery on the 10th of September, around 15:00 - 15:30 and it was POURING. We were absolutely wet and decided to wait for a table to be freed. We saw three people leaving and headed to the table. We asked to be seated, but they told us that there are no free tables at that moment. We showed them the free table RIGHT NEXT TO US and they came up with the argument that we probably wouldn’t be comfortable there, that there are a lot of people walking by. We told them that we had no problem with that and that we just wanted to sit down and have something to eat. And FINALLY we were seated. HALLELUJAH! We asked for a menu, they told us that we could see the desserts on the shelves. They have menus. They have always given menus. I told them that i NEED a menu to decide what to order and they finally gave me one, again - HALLELUJAH! I have no idea what the whole problem was that day. The food was delicious, as always, but the service was absolutely terrible. I would describe the service as absolutely unprofessional. New personnel maybe? Idk. The lower review is mainly because of how disappointed i was.More

Service time and behaviour is definitely an issue. Especially considering the high prices. Waited 20 minutes for someone to collect our order. Asked to rollout the tent as it was raining. No one paid attention . At the end we were told it’s not working...although it was obvious that it was working. Few small issues that ruined our visit. Nothing to do with the old Villa Rosice. Definitely will visit other bakeries in Sofia.More

The wait for the food is about 17 minutes. The second floor is retro and warm. Desserts are overpriced but tasty.

Very rude service. Not recommend. We waited 15 minutes to be serviced and the local was almost empty. The waiter was very rude. High prices.

On a rainy autumn day we could not seat on the outside terrace that's why took two cakes to the hotel. Pistachio cake and chocolate one. Both were very tasty.

The waitress was so polite. The sweets are fresh and tasty. Totally recommended place for coffee, breakfast or to have a sweet.

Overall fantastic experience. We tried 3 different cakes, chocolate kiss, strawberry Charlotte and lime cheesecake. Everything was out of this world delicious. The place is nice and cosy. Totally recommend it to anyone visiting Sofia.

Excellent food, but very slow and poor service and nobody cared to observe anti-Covid measures. There were 11 people in a small room and no ventilation.

Lovely little hidden gem. Has the cutlery of your old grandma. However, big minus is that service is too slow and a bit overpriced for Sofia. But defo worth going there once and taking nice photos for your Instagram.

Absolutely in love with that place! They serve the best cakes in town. I’ve tried the lime cheesecake- it was seriously delicious! Definitely must try!!

The confectionery is praised and does not meet the minimum amenities. The cakes are made from semi-finished products. The service is very poor. You wait for hours for your order to be taken even in cases when you buy for home and they refuse to...serve you if you are not satisfied with the delay. Very high prices for poor quality.More
