Overpriced and indeed not yummy. The ice cream was very very sour, not to say that it was the most sour ice cream I’ve ever eaten. Service is terrible - slow & rude staff.
ONE OF THE SPOONS FELL DOWN AND THE GUY PUT IT...BACK TO THE OTHERS!!! Pandemic or not, this is unacceptable!
Don’t waste your time & money!More
We had the croissants - Spice pumpkin and pistachio. The dough was heavy, not light and fluffy at all. The pumpkin filling was way too heavy on cloves, and besides that was completely tasteless - no sweetness at all. The pistachio one was a bit...better, but I was not impressed. When I am paying 6 leva for a croissant I expect it to be at least light and fluffy. They are playing on the hipstery feel of the neighbourhood and on the bulgarian mentality that if it's expensive it should be good.More
I find the ice cream delicious at Savini. I had no expectations because of the mixed reviews. But I tried it myself and was very happy with the experience. It is particularly good and they deserve the excellent reviews. There is often a line and...I understand why. Their croissant is EXCELLENT. I will definitely come back and strongly encourage friends and family who visit Sofia to go. Loved it!More
Few weeks ago I ordered online some products from savinigelato.com.
There were several delivery options (too many to be honest), and I choosed the free delivery.
After completed my order, someone from Savini contacted me by phone telling me that the only way for me...to receive the products would have been to go directly to the shop but I couldn't. And the girl confirmed me that I would have received a refund for my order.
Weeks passed already and I didn't receive any refund, I also sent them 2 emails but nothing.
I don't think this is a professional attitude from them.More
