About
Fresh artisan italian-style gelato prepared daily on site in our Gelato Lab. We use milk from our own herd of grass-fed and pasture-raised Jersey cows and Murrah buffaloes. Our farm and pastures are located in two Natura 2000 protected sites - Central Balkan and Sredna gora - near the village of Rozino. The milk is delivered straight from the farm to the Gelato Lab where the gelato is made and presented to you in a variety of seasonal flavors. The coffee drinks selection is prepared together with COFFERO - Specialty Coffee Roasters based on their knowledge, passion and curiosity for high quality coffee. The coffee is sourced directly from small farms and roasted in small batches in order to preserve its intense fresh taste. The cappuccino and the rest of the coffee and milk drinks are prepared with the same fresh buffalo milk from our farm. You can order online on www.latteconcept.bg and take your order in our shop.

The vanilla flavour is the ultimate test for gelato, as it is very hard to balance all the flavours correctly. Having this is mind, here the vanilla is a tad sweeter than it should be. They use fine quality milk, which is a bit sweet by itself and maybe that's the reason, idk.
I absolutely loved the keto pistachio gelato. Probably the best keto gelato I've tried so far. Definitely a fiver and a keeper on the menu.

This is the most amazing gelatto I have tasted! I tasted the 3 types and I definitely became a fan! I have been in Italy and I have tasted gelatto also there, but this taste ... you just gotta try it!

Gelato is really good, I recommend it to everyone. It is a bit overpriced, compared to other places. If you want to try 2 or 3 tastes you should be prapared that it would cost you like a meal in fine restaurant.

Went there based on multiple recommendations from friends.
Turns out the ice cream is really as good as promised. You can ask to try different kinds in order to make your choice. Staff is very polite and professional.
The coffee is also very good. They seem to have a different “special” type each time. I tried Mexico and it was very good- strong, heavy coffee taste.
The place itself is very nicely decorated, there is a small children’s corner and you can see how the ice cream is made.
The downside of this is it is very loud. It’s unlikely to manage a conversation.
Prices are above average but correspond to quality.
Overall a good place.

It's pretty difficult to describe how awesome this place is. Learned about it from a friend and haven't stopped going ever since. Terrific gelato with UNBELIEVABLE quality. The products they use are actually from their own cattle that graze on pasture!
Would highly recommend regular plain cream gelato, without any sugar & additives. Also, any nut flavor, especially pistachio.
Only thing I'm not a big fan of is the vegan/fruit choices, just not as appealing compared to everything else.

6 gelato cones in less than 24 hrs, that's how mush we liked this place. Our 2.5 yr old daughter could not stop talking about it. Farm to cone they control the entire process. DO NOT MISS this place. They have two locations and both are wonderful. There are also little toys and things to do for the kiddos. TIP: they weigh the ice cream so if you want more just tell them to pile it on :)

As you may know, we make our artisan gelato with dairy products from our own farm Rozino (@rozinoorganicfarm you can check them on Instagram). We always monitor the quality of our products to make sure our clients are getting the best.
In this case, we will be very glad to receive more detailed information about your negative experience so we could investigate and address any issues.
Also, we feel sorry that we did not have a chocolate flavour when you visited us! We are always trying to keep in stock our base flavours like gianduja, pistachio, cream and chocolate.
Moreover, we really like kids - both locations in Sofia are kid-friendly as they have small playgrounds and other ameneties.
I hope you will give us another chance so you can get the kind of excellent experience we are known for!

I should have written this review long time ago. The place is absolutely amazing. The choice of ice cream is pretty interesting - I really like the idea that you can very often find new flavours there.My fav ones are - coconut, mango and pistachio. The place should be a bit bigger though as they have become very popular and very often you cannot find a place to sit.

This is my favourite place for gelato in the town! They use hight quality ingredients from their oun farm which is very important to me. My kid adore this gelato, not just because it is very delicious but also because of kids frendly staff. The only wish I have they open another one bigger gelateria in the city center.

Very nice setting, with the boulevard in the distance to produce just the right amount of white noise. The decor is modern with a mixture of industrial elements. As a person who has a background of making coffee and gelato I can safely say that both were up there with the best I have tasted. The cappuccino was nice and foamy and the gelato was soft and creamy. Not too sweet and most of all fresh, made right there on the spot, which is a great touch. Customers have the option to choose between cones/cups and many kinds of toppings All employees had clean attire, all the appliances/counters were clean and shining. The reason I am giving four stars is because while the employee that was helping me (mid 20s man, tattoos), another, apparently a frequent, customer walked in and while I was ordering the employee asked about her order. It was a little annoying and impolite. Despite that the service was quite good. Customers have the option to take a free glass of filtered lemon water with their order. Prices are a bit on the expensive side. Will visit again.
