Probably the best service you will find in the entire country, possible the continent. The food is great. You have many options and when you go with friends who don’t like raw fish they can always find something to eat. But what keeps me and...my wife coming back again and again is the impeccable service. Today we had Amer, he was taking care of the entire outside and handles it phenomenally with a smile on his face. We truly had a wonderful experience and people like Amer will keep us coming back again and again.More

Horrible! In our sandwiches there was barely any meat. Chicken Pasta had more pepper than meat...its a ripoff. There are many better places in a city.

I can not speak for the other dishes but I went there because I love sushi. If anyone has tasted good sushi you will immediately know how mediocre this place is. Soya sauce is watered out, the rice warm and not done the right way,...maki is hard. The sushi as a whole is tasteless, and it is so overpriced! To top it all off the virgin mojito I ordered tasted like green syrup, nothing fresh about it. I returned the drink, got informed that they do in fact use syrup for the mojito and no fresh ingredients (mint?..) and also had to pay for it. Do not recommend..More

This was our second visit to this restaurant. Last time- last year I must say I was thrilled, I didn’t expect I could find good sushi in Sarajevo, but it was really great. Too bad I can’t say the same thing this year. Avoid tempura...of mixed Sea food, sushi was not so good also. I gave you 3 just because of our last visit and friendly stuff, but if this would be the only visit, I would give you 1. Hope it will be better if we decide to come back again.More

I have been to this place few times. Each time, it was me deciding to give it another chance. In reality, it is what it is, an average place with average food, average service,... In fact, I do not even feel like I should explain...it in more detail. You may have better experience or like it better, but I think there are amazing places in Sarajevo to go and enjoy all, food, service, atmosphere and all that at normal prices.More

We never got to try any food, and on two tries. First try - waiter didn't want to serve me, a woman, while my partner (male), left the table shortly, even though he did notice us. Second try - we sat over 10 minutes, picked...everything we wanted from the menu, but waiters decided to ignore us. So we went away (even though we waved at them more than once).More

Ordered chicken sandwich, waited for it for almost 35 minutes, it came almost without any chicken, only salad. Staff is polite but food is horrible. Would recomend to avoid

Waiter was rude and overall service bad. We waited 25 minutes for a fruit salad and dessert both of which were disappointing. Would not recommend this place.

In between eating roast lamb and cevapi, I got a craving for a light bite of sushi. Kimono is on the 3rd floor of the mall, near the food court. The menu is diverse, offering everything from Chinese to Japanese cuisine. I ordered what I've...never had: black sushi. A beautiful mix of salmon and avocado, wrapped in squid ink rice and nori. The fish was fresh and tasty. Sitting on a window table, enjoying the view of Sarajevo, with great service.More

Friends and I have been eating at Kimono since they opened. As one may imagine, their food cannot exactly be considered authentically Japanese, and they are not a Japanese restaurant per se (as they also serve pasta, sandwiches, and some varieties of Thai and I...think also Chinese-esque dishes) but the quality of the food is typically appropriate for their prices. One thing to keep in mind is that, compared with all other restaurants in Sarajevo, Kimono is definitely one of the most expensive ones. The atmosphere at the restaurant is comfortable, though they do play their music a bit too loudly sometimes. Their menu offers a wide variety of dishes to choose from, but one of the things that I've noticed when it comes to their sushi is that you never actually know what you'll get. Of course, the design of the dishes shouldn't play a greater role than the quality/taste itself but not only do their sushi orders look different almost every time, the sushi platters (in particular the Gold Sushi Platter) typically changes in a sense of type of fish/arrangement/taste etc. On numerous occasions, we also discovered bones in their nigiri. When it comes to their non-Japanese dishes, their pastas and wok are delicious! The staff is typically very polite, but the service can be awfully slow at times. There was one time when we waited to have our orders taken for over twenty minutes and no one apologised about it (they weren't even that busy that day). For those seeking their delivery, please keep in mind it takes them well over an hour no matter where you are in the city.More
