Ćevabdžinica "Nune" is family owned traditional Bosnian restaurant. We have been making best cevapi in Sarajevo, the most popular dish for Bosnians since 1966. Since beginning place has been owned by Ogrešević family whose family members were making traditional barbecue specialities.

Great traditional food, even better customer service :)

Me and my girlfriend ate at Nune 3 or 4 times in August and September. We were told it was one of the most traditional places to eat Bosnian food, and boy it was true! Their Cevapi is unmatched and the people working there were extremely pleasant to us every single time. Food was served at a fast pace, which was great. It’s also easily accessible since it’s in the heart of Sarajevo.

Good bosnian food. Fair prices Friendly staff Nune is a small restaurant for typical bosnian dishes like cevapi. There was an elderly woman cooking in the kitchen, and thats always a good sign. Food tasted great, like it was made by your grandmother when you were a child.

A great find!!

We visited at around 3:30pm and were greeted by a wonderful host. He gave us some recommendations and was just brilliant!! We ordered a mixture of food (see pictures) and the total was 25.50 Bosnian Mark. We had some fresh homemade drinks, apple and grape. They were lovely and refreshing. The food was outstanding and the courtyard area was lovely. It is down a side street so is away from the busy area outside. A great find and we will definitely be back!!

Classic Sarajevo experience

Easy to see why it's number 1 in the wonderful city of Sarajevo. Rapid service, great setting and delicious food & homemade apple juice for a very reasonable price - about 60 quid for 7 people and 2 drinks each. Hvala!

Best cevapi experience

Hands down the best cevapi experience my partner and I have had in Bosnia. Not just because of the food, but also the 5 start service given by the current owner Salem who is the third generation owner of this family business. He was helpful, attentive, friendly and humble. He also took the time to speak to us and give us recommednatoons of things to do and places to see in the city. We were blown away by his service, it was truly inspirational. The food was also delicious. We had cevapi and a beef burger with cheese in the middle which blew our minds!!! Thank you Salem for the best welcome to Sarajevo!

Soooooooo goooood for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Excellent ćevap and sudzukice. Sudzukice are little veal saisages full of flavour. You get a portion of onions and mustard with them. Please put them in a "somun", tender flatbread that makes an ideal combination with the meat. I deeply reccomend a cup of homemade yogurt with this. Fully satisfied tummy and the staff that will make your stay more confortable. Enjoy!

Authentic casual lunch spot i a great location

Very casual. Food is delicious and great value. one can order 5, 10 or 15 sausages in a delicious heated pita. I had 10 for about $5-6. HIghly authentic. Best bring cash; not sure if they take cards.

Really good food, lovely attention

This is one of that places that one feels lucky to find. Just walking around, a bit late, we came across this little and cozy place, asked for dinner, and "Nune" sit us down and offered the menu with the best of his smiles. He recommended and served us the OMG BEST food we had tasted in our trip. Take a moment to read the little piece of history they have written on the first page of the menu, and get to know their family tradition... I'm sure you will also feel lucky to spend here a little time of your day <3

First stop for cevapcici

Excellent cevapcici and warm soft fragrant bread did not disappoint. Recommend the homemade cream cheese and the home made yogurt as accompaniment to the bread. The cozy outdoor dining area creates a wonderfully authentic ambiance.

Best Cevapi in Sarajevo

I walked into a tiny restaurant off of a charming side street and had one of the most incredible meals I’ve ever had. The waiter and chef welcomed my wife and I with drinks and menu suggestions, and I ended up thanking them profusely for the experience we had. Warm ambiance, friendly locals and the best cevapi I’ve ever tasted.

Best Cevapcici in town, they have this 3 sauces, one better of the other. The service is very kindly, he, Nein is the name, decribed us all the plate with true passion and interest and make feel us like life long friends. Strongly suggested

Good serving size, reasonable price and an excellent apple juice. What more can you ask for?

Was recommended to try out this restaurant. Food prices were very reasonable and food serving sizes are very good for its cost. I ordered sausages (big portion) for 11.5 km; it's the restaurant's recommended item on the menu. Tasted delicious, no complaints. Companions ordered for their traditional ćevapi and said the restaurant should be proud of this dish. Safe to say they liked it. To anyone still reading this, I highly recommend getting their homemade apple juice. It's worth it. I was having mixed feelings about it since the other drinks were cheaper but all my doubts evaporated once I tasted their homemade apple goodness.

Best meal I had in Bosnia

I was quite lucky to immediately be able to sit at a table when I got here because while I was waiting/eating, dozens of people came and lots had to wait for a free spot. Very friendly service, food served pretty quickly and it was absolutely delicious. Definitely the best dinner I had in Bosnia, and excellent value too. Could happily eat that every evening.

Good Cevapi, Welcoming Staff, Good Price

We were welcomed by a very nice guy who helped us order and even gave recommendations. We ordered a dish that had a bit of each of the main products (cevapi, Bosnian burger and some Bosnian sausages). The food was good and it was a pleasant experience. The price was relatively cheap.
