The pie is amazing. They have very tasty pie options. For proper burek, I would definitely suggest this place.

Food was ok, but unfriendly and disorganized staff spoiled the experience. We wouldn’t eat here again.
This was by far the best sirnica I have ever had, bar none. Hot from the oven, flaky pastry generously filled with cheese. Don’t skip the sour cream on top, it adds a nice tang to the dish.
The place to be when hungry for burek! Not much to comment as the deliciousness speaks for itself!
We tried this place the day after arriving and the Cevapi and hamburger were both nice and tasty and service was pretty good. However we went back two days later and my wife wanted chicken steak and I wanted the burger. They first said they...have a large group of customers so they could only serve Cevapi which we found to be strange. Anyway, after a few minutes the boss said it’s fine. My burger tasted the same as before however my wife’s chicken steak was cooked properly. Half of it was pink and the chicken texture just didn’t look right. The boss took it back and cooked it for a bit longer but it was still the same. The wife refused to eat it incase she fell ill after. The boss said no problem, would you like anything else. My wife was out off at that point so I went to pay the bill and they charged me for the chicken steak. I explained it’s unfair and that it wasn’t cooked properly but the boss and the silly waitress argued. They said this is Bosnian food and everyone eats it but you have a problem. It was getting silly at this point so I paid and left. Please do not buy their chicken steak, their Cevapi and burger is nice however stay away from the chicken steak. Rude people. Such as shame as we had a great time in Sarajevo.More
Noisy, not so friendly staff - they have no time for reply for my inquiry about menu. Burek ok, but later we found great Burek 100 m from here (river direction, not Main Street
And here I am back after almost 6 years and the place is still there and burek is still the best :) And ladies are super friendly and nice! Thank u for such a nice experience :)
The restaurants in the town center serves local type of kebap (cevabi) and variety of burek. If you are not big fan of kebap, our want a different taste, definitely burek comes as the best alternative. The signature type burek is made with meat (again)...but there are other types with cheese, cabbage and spinach which are also very good. It is served with a traditional yogurt drink (ayran). We also like burek in Turkey, but the ones served in Bosnia were really great. This restaurant is one of the best examples that you visit in the historical city center.More
All very fast .... i didn't really know what to do / order ! Menu is a bit confusing ... it's priced in kg ..... I chose two meat and two cheese and spinach ..... for 4 burek ... think it was ? less than...4 euro. Cheap, tasty ... ask for the yougurt / sour cream over the top - doesn't seem to automatically happen ! Highly recommended !More
Buregdžinica Bosna is absolutely the best burek experience in Sarajevo. The interior is rustic, the burek fresh and ajran delicious. Highly recommend!
Very crowded place at the center of Bascarşi. Bureks were delicious. They were mostly hot. Sour cream topping was also good. I especially recommend the one with minced meat and cheese. The place is a bit cramped inside but other than that everything was good
This place was recommended by many! It gets super busy and non existent service. But food is really good. Definitely get the yogurt!
I love bureg. Syrian, Turkish, and Bosnian. This one tasted wonderful. However I don't recommend the yogurt on top. I tried all of them but I stayed away from the ones with the garlic yogurt on top of it. It doesn't look yummy looking. The...restaurant is in the old town and very popular not very expensive. We enjoyed eating there.More
Absolutely delicious! I had a meat burek and a spinach and cheese burek. Both were great, not to mention cheap! Lovely service too :) wish I could go back for lunch today
I have eaten burek at about a dozen different places around the Balkans this summer and this was without a doubt the worst one I have had since. It was undercooked, hardly contained any meat, very grease and completely tasteless. Most locals will tell you...that this is no longer the same place it once was.More
