We had a really good dinner there! Some typical food in the old area. They made a mistake in a plate, we ordered vegetarian version and they did normal, but it's a small mistake. All was perfect

We loved having our daily "coffee fix "at this restaurant Nanina Kuhinia (Nanas Kitchen) It was in one of the less frantic streets and had lovely large metal tray tables which really added to the ambience The Bosnian Coffee was very good and the staff very attentive ...a great people watching street . We didnt try the food but it... More

We came here for a traditional dinner and we weren't disappointed. We both ordered stew; The Bosnian pot and the Gulasz stew, with bread and a salad on the side. The Bosnian pot was good but the Gulasz was amazing, probably the best stew I've had. Also the place felt very authentic and the service was very good.

I was about to select a restaurant but I asked a lady in the near shop. She recommended Nanina Kuhinja. I didn't take me much effort to find but it was worth the trouble. I asked the waiter and recommended a local soup and local food platter. Both were one of the best I had in my life. Soap was... More

The ambiance beckons one to dine here. There are stools and benches and large platters from which one eats. For a traditional Bosnian meal the friendly English speaking waitstaff will guide you. The moussaka needs a sauce as it is rather plain so be sure to ask for a side sauce. The beef with onions, fig leaf, and chili peppers... More

Nice, small, frendly waiter. We stoped for breakfast. It was nice, like we made it at home. Prices or ok. Hope to come again and try more diferent food.

We were on a group tour and were treated to a wonderful local meal here. You can see the cooks working hard right near you. The food was amazing. The presentation great. The service was excellent. I don't know if it had something to do with our guide knowing the owners (and taking her travelers here) but who cares. The... More

Drawn here by good reviews I was not disappointed. Price, choice and service is all good. Not a place for a quiet and unhurried meal, the Nanina Kuhinja is small and busy. There are lots of places to eat in tourist Sarajevo but this is, without doubt, one of the better ones at any time of day. Good house wine... More

If you are new to Bosnian food it is a great way to try a lot of different meals. We tried roasted pepper and feta, spinach pie, pasta, mousakka, beef pot, meatballs, baklava and apple pie. I thought the portions of the tasting menu and the a la carte items rather small but I agree with other reviewers that the food... More
