This restaurant was recommended by my husband's cousin who now lives abroad and apparently always visits Pod Lipom when home. The Begova Corba was one of the tastiest we've had—not too salty and their Sarajevski Sahan (assorted stuffed vegetables) was flavorful and the least oily and the best cooked (not mushy) I've found so far. We will definitely return soon.

I had a nice dinner with friends at Pod Lipom. We arrived quite late ( around 22 ) but it was still possible to order everything. I recommend the fried bread and the cheese selection. Everything is very fresh and delicious and the staff extraordinary friendly! Also plenty of options for vegetarians. Just the fact that everyone smokes indoors is... More

We had our dinner here by a recommendation from our tour guide. The place is only next to our accommodation - Hostel for me. We only know about the infamous Burek and Cevapi, hence we asked the waiter to recommend some additional menu. Finally were served with Burek and Cevapi...plus Klepe, Sogan doina, Sarajevski sahan, plus a couple of salads.... More

Been there with friends a month ago by a recommendation from a local acquaintance. Very calm ambient but a little bit odd older waitor. Nevermind his sudden disappearing (when you need him) and reappearing (when not needed) abilities, the food was excellent. I had the zucchini stuffed with beef and the portion wasn't too big, but enough to satisfy my... More

Authentic Bosnian food place where locals eat. Excellent Klepe and pita, stews and stuffed dishes. Prices are good and portions are okay. It's hard to go wrong here if you are looking for an authentic Bosnian food experience.

We enjoyed dinner at Pod Lipom as a family. We sat on the outdoor seating and enjoyed a most pleasant evening. The waiter helped us with the menu and our choices. The food we thought was very good and the prices reasonable. All in all, we were three thumbs up. No complaints from our family.

Went alone to this restaurant. Waiting time was rather long. With Sish Kebab you expect roasted meat, not boiled. There are better options here.

We had dinner @Pod Lipom during our tour of Sarajevo. We were seated at the alfresco tables that lined the walls of the restaurant. As the evening grew darker into the night, we also felt colder as the temperature dropped. At first everyone was enjoying the cool of the evening. By the time we finished our meal, some of us... We were here for New Year's Eve. The food was delicious. "Begova čorba" is fantastic. The next day we went back again for lunch.

I went here for my birthday after a few recommendations from locals. Sadly this was our worst experience eating out in Sarajevo. We asked for a table and were told it was reserved and shuffled to another with far less room, (fair enough) only for another couple with no reservation to be seated at the table. Our waiter was quite... More

Enough to say this is the place where Bill Clinton ate when visiting Sarajevo. Please add "Bosnian" in field type of cuisine, since Bosnian food is a unique combination of oriental and Mediterranean food.
