Brought 6 international guests of mine for coffee and gelato on Sunday morning. Told them this is the best place for ice-cream. But, there was no ice-cream! Waitress did not know when it will be brought, she assumed it will be in 30 min or...so. Ok, we ordered coffee and decided to wait. After 30 min - still no ice-cream. Now staff said it should come but they cannot say when!!! Finally, it arrived. I asked waitor to tell guests which tastes they have. Without any word of explanation, he rolled his eyes, turned around and asked a colleague waitress to tells us. Ok, she came, mentioned what they have, and that was only less than a half of what is stated in the menu. At the end she brought different type od ice-cream than what was ordered. For ex, I got walnuts instead of pistachio. But given the so far attitude of staff, sis not want to start complaining. It is the week of SFF, shop is located in the epicentre of happenings and the staff is rude, incompetent and does not speak English! Huge disappointment!More

Disapointing

Concept is great. The ice cream flavors on offer seem great, wow, how creative. Unfortunatelly as a celiac I could not have some as the cones they use contain gluten, resulting in the gluten free ice creams being cross contaminated with gluten. Ordered the pancake,...as the menu states that it is safe for celiacs, unfortunatelly the pancake is served with ice cream (the gluten-contaminated one). Informed the waitress of this, and that I could not eat the pancake, she just looked at me like I had spit on her, sad she just worked there and proceded to just scoop the ice cream of my pancake (making most of it except small corners not being in contact with the ice cream still inedable for me). Am used to restaurants etc not getting the issue of cross contamination for celiacs but expect more from a place stating their food to be safe for celiacs. Also, the smell of cigarettes in the locale is not appetizing.More

Awsome glutenfree cake

The best glutenfree cake I might have ever had. I was there 5 times in 5 days, luckily I had to leave Sarajevo, otherwise I would probably be twice me size by now….

Hand down the best ice cream in SJJ!

Best ice cream in Sarajevo

Wonderful ice cream, all natural colouring and flavours. If you love experimenting and odd flavours, they got you. Always a great selection of nut flavours, salty pistachio my personal favourite! Fruit ones fantastic as well, apricot is to die for! Price is a bit higher...then usual but totally worth it.More

Wonderful

I've been in Kotor recently and accidentally stummbled into Marshall's and I must say it is the best ice cream I've had in my life. I was so happy to find out they have a caffe in Sarajevo. So i Will be seeing you soon.

Best gelato in Bosnia

Just waooowww

Must try black tea... Gelato iş absoluletly superb and the cakes are to die for... Staff is really nice, atmosphere is great.. Do not get back before trying delicates.... general problem in Sarajevo is smoking.... They don't have smoke Free zone. So you have to...breath the tobacco smoke...More

Nice meeting spot and great ice cream!

Fun flavors, easy location, walk off dinner and then stop in for dessert! Went twice in two days of beautiful fall weather.

Sweets, Treats and Roses

Marshall's is my favorite place in Sarajevo. The atmosphere is adorable and delicate. Paper roses hang from the ceiling and you can't help but to think back to your days as a child when you'd play tea party with your stuff animals. The gelato is...wonderful and the desserts are out of this world. I highly recommend the pistachio gelato.More

Best ice cream in Sarajevo

Marshall's Nutella ice cream is actually even BETTER than Nutella!!! The cakes looked amazing, too, wish we had discovered this place before our last day.

Best ice cream
