Thank you for your question! Our staff, of course, speaks English and can provide any assistance in choosing dishes. What You are asking about is the traditional Belarusian dish "Machanka". We will be glad to see You as our guest! Welcome to Belarus!

We were a group of 7 and we all took the national dish on recommandation of the waitress (the cream "soup" with bacon and ribs inside it served with pancakes) it was great (but we may have done a mistake by taking a starter before)...and to recommand especially by cold weather. Prices are probably a bit high for Belarus standards (but very cheap for western europe ones) but the quality and quantity justify it ! To recommand for people that want to experiment Belarus food !More

Both interior and personal look Belarus national. Very friendly personal. The food is good both in quality and quantity. Also good in place made drinks. Very good place to taste Belarus dishes.

Restaurant is located at the other end of the central Gorky park at the ground level of apartment bldg. Despite being pretty big it gets packed around 7.30 PM even on weekdays, hardly managed to get a table. Came here on purpose due to high...TA rating. Interior is medieval like, in brick stones, but looks some kind artificial, soulless. Staff (like in most places in Minsk) is just working out their job - no smiles, not spontaneous, very limited in menu explanations (you clearly see you're bothering them with your questions). Be prepared for a looong wait time for your order. Took the Draniki as a starter - Belarus famous potato pancakes with sauce - OK but to greasy. For the main we had a steak which was overcooked. Best part of our dinner was the excellent draft wheat beer. I believe there are much better places to eat in Minsk, left disappointed.More

Today stopped in 'Kamyanitsa' to catch up with a group of friends - some of us live far away already. What a great choice! Not noisy, you can easily hold a conversation, attentive yet not overbearing service, you just feel welcomed. Interior design place a...role in creating a special vibe - you are stepping into a distant past under protection of a knight in shining armour and various good luck charms. And food is tasty and served in authentic earthware. Great place for traveller yet not touristy if you know what I mean. I just wish everyone to have this pleasant experience, I loved it!More
