Restaurant is very attractive and relaxing when dining upstairs outside. Service was reasonably attentive and very friendly. Prices are fairly inexpensive. The fried Albanian cheese starter was delicious. Shrimp and risotto starter was flavorful as well. Margarita pizza comes from a wood fired oven and...quite well done. The food here is really really good. The pizza was just the best Seafood pasta was delicious They have some goat cheese grilled or warm that is not something you want to miss. The service was fast despite the restaurant was full.

Excellent service, excellent staff. Food was perfect and the price was great for the quality we received. We will definitely visit again on our next trip to Tirana!

I ordered grilled octopus and pinot grigio during my visit and it was so perfect. The staff are so helpful to Asian tourist like me.

The staff were friendly enough in what is an expensive restaurant. I there’s fish soup which was very basic snd nearly cold. My pasta with fish came before I had finished the soup. It was fine. However the lasagne ordered by my wife was dreadful....Dry, little neat, warm. It was sent back. I had finished my main course 29 minutes before her replacement dish arrived. Very poor. They made no attempt to offer a free drink, remove a dish from the bill etc. Like they didn’t care what we thought.More

Lack of flexibility in orders. You couldn’t make any adjustments to the plates according to the needs. For a simple plate of pasta pomodoro the answer of the waiter was “ the chef doesn’t make any changes to the plates & we don’t do pasta...pomodoro”. We went to Artigiano Vila because we had superb experience at Artigiano Blloku, however the experience in Vila was the opposite. The food that we got was good, however, my main course never arrived and the staff was not looking after us, we tried to...get their attention for almost 15 min before they responded. We ended after 1 drink each, a salad, French fries and a soup. Not a night we were looking for and not half the attention as Artigiano BllokuMore

Our Gate 1 tour guide Nikola took us to this place…he raved about it so I was eager see if his opinion was true…well it was actually better…terrific inexpensive food and delicious deserts…couldn’t be better…so glad we dined there the afternoon of July 10th…in addition...to the excellent food we had wonderful servers that were very helpful..Gersi and the rest of our servers were top notch…if you’re looking for a great meal at a great price then I highly recommend this place…More

Our group of 13 was seated within minutes. The menu was robust and easy to understand for us Americans. Appetizers were shared - the favorites were shrimp ouzo and focossia rosemary. The lamb trio and chefs ravioli were exceptional. Service and taste was superior. We’d...love to go back.More
