Enoteca Miguel is one of those places that is fancy without trying to be fancy. The seasonal menu rotates...we started with the fish from the window platter and finished with duck ravioli and pumpkin gnocchi pasta with gorgonzola. All the food exceeded expectations, the staff...was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the vast wine selection, and the ambiance was fun and airy. Highly recommend this place for any occasion!More

Where to begin, is typical an Italian restaurant, the food is wonderful, everything is picked very carefully, everything is fresh and cooked with love and passion, it seems that you have found i little piece of italy in Tirana. Was looking for a nice wine restaurant and this Vinoteca seemed to match, unfortunately, it did not. The atmosphere and decoration are great and the concept is original. There is no food menu and you order more or less the kind of food you want....Since you are in a Vinoteca, you expect to find a good wine pairing. In our case, we were offered to choose between meat or fish/seafood (chosen). Later, when we were asked for the wine, that we had chosen white and dry, we were informed that 95% of the whine wines were not available and only remain Gewurtztraminer (good, but among the most expensive and really poor pairing with food offered). Regarding food quality, it's honeslty good but like plenty of other in town. At the end, it was the most expensive meal that we had in Tirana so clearly the quality/price ratio is not good. I would have appreciated to be informed about wine possibilities before to choose for the food (especially when you do not know what you are exaclty ordering), so you can really enjoy the potential of this place, which I am sure can be great.More

This restaurant is upstairs and opposite INPUGLIA. Beautiful traditional decor and a vast selection of fine wines for those of you who love wine. The service was excellent and the waiter spoke good English. I highly recommend this place. They served us so much beautiful...cold meats we didn't aftually get around to having a meal but we will definitely return here.More

To put it plainly, this is the best place in Tirana if you are after a decent bottle of wine. It definitely has the best quality to price ratio. Nice and quiet atmosphere. Nog a very wide selection of food though.

I visited this place once, they had a large variety of wines. I had a great experience, we ordered a bottle of red wine with a large variety of cheese and prosciuto. It was very good! I would recomment this place if you enjoy a...nice evening of wines and "tapas" style. At the end I had some pasta, though I did not find it too amazing, just good enough.More

The fillet steak here is to die for! They are so confident that this is the best you will get it does not even come with vegetables. We had a mixed cold meat and cheese starter followed by the steak, which I imagine was cooked...in water (cooked in a vacuum pack perhaps?) as there are no pan marks where they fat would caramelise. Never had anything like it before. Literally falls apart as it was so tender. This is without a doubt the finest fillet steak I have ever had. The Balkans must feed their cows on happy pills as this region constantly performs!More
