After hearing this described as one of the best restaurants in town, I suffered through not eating insults for Covid. I came for pizza at lunch, which was great, then finally this week took the kids for a sit-down dinner. Burger, house specialty chicken, spring...rolls, and for me, delicious lamb trio. Visited this restaurant in Dec 2022. We were a group of 5 (2 vegetarians) and had pizza, mushroom ravioli and trio of pasta. All were excellent. Really good meal at reasonable price.

This restaurant had very welcoming staff - much more welcoming than most restaurants in Tirana and more like an Italian restaurant experience without the stereotypical Italian waiter attitude. The food was hot and tasty, with such a wide range to choose from and wines are...listed. This is the place that Italians visit. The food is all done fresh and the panna cotta is actually perfect. The staff are willing to help and speak English so you won't feel out of place asking for what you want.

I loved everything about my experience dining here! The servers were very attentive and helpful. I had the seafood risotto and Greek salad which were both delicious. I also enjoyed my glass of Viognier. I highly recommend Artigiano!

Great ambiance and helpful staff with good food and wine. Location is very central. Highly recommended. A special thanks to the head waiter for making an effort in finding me a table despite the full house.

I have visited several times, as I have been invited by friends and celebrated my birthday there. Staff is somehow arrogant. Charged us for forks and napkins which is not done in any restaurant in Albania. Even at this particular one we have not been...charged for service tools before. When we pointed out they changed the bill and brought a new one. Also they put in the bill dishes we didn't order to make us pay more. Happened when I invited my friends there, as well as when I have been invited by friends. They really like this trick. Last time I was we ordered pasta. 4 same dishes all with the same problem. Some pasta in the same dish was more al'dente than needed, I could say CRISPY! While other ones were normaly al'dente. How can you have in the same plate pasta with obviously different times of cooking?! We ended up sending back all four dishes and ordered pizza because we were starving. Then another waiter (or maybe manager, didn't introduce himself) came over our table and started Raising His Voice when asking us why we didn't like the dishes and having them sent back. He didn't even listen to what we had to say as customers, but only kept talking how the CRISPY pasta was "fresh" and "perfectly" cooked. I was left speechless with his attitude!!! I'm never ever visiting again.More

Great “Mickey mouse” pizza for kids. Our seven year old loved it. The rest of the menu was very good. Excellent service at very reasonable prices.

While I was swiftly given a seat when entering the rest of the experience was not impressive to say the least. I ordered a starter which arrived less than 2 minutes later - clearly heated in a microwave. Before I finished it the main dish...(salmon pasta) arrived in which I found 3 or 4 very small pieces of salmon. The restaurant was busy and based on the other reviews seems to be popular but I will definitely look elsewhere during my next trip to Tirana.More

They serve a thing for an other and then sustain that it is the right dish that you ordered. But a whatever you have in the kitchen is not a cretan salad, and that is not opinabile.

We dined here twice. On our very first night in Tirana we had pizzas which were very good. The service excellent with nice friendly staffs. The waitress came over to check if the food was ok. So went to dine here again a day later....This time service was not so good. My wife’s pizza arrived too early. My dish arrived as pizza was just being finished off! My food served was lukewarm. The staff did not bother to check our table again. It was disappointing. The place is nice and welcoming but we had a personal experience of mixed service on two different visit. I would still recommend the place for its location and food on offer (and hopefully you will get looked after better!).More
