The dajti express cable car is a must do in Tirana, and Ballkoni is very conveniently located. The restaurant , the washrooms, playground, and grounds are all well designed and maintained. The food was good although pretty average by Tirana standards. The menu was very meat heavy. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The restaurant and the hotel Belvedere tower was very charming and we had a lovely room with lots of space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Location is also very good.

The restaurant has fantastic views of the city but is actually very reasonably priced considering its location! And not more expensive than a lot of restaurants in the city, although to get there is 800lek return for the cable car (well worth the cost). The service was excellent, the food was lovely and all in all it was a great... More

Excellent service, delicious food and the views are quite spectacular! - We waited a little bit to get a seat by the windows, but it wasn't very long. Had veal with mushrooms and white sauce, delish! We also had grilled vegetables, if you don't like eggplant and zucchini then don't order it - maybe it's whatever they have in season.... More

You don't necessarily expect good food in what is essentially a tourist place at the top of a mountain. However the two of us eat generally well with 3 courses plus a beer and a cognac for 4,000 LEK (around £22). It's worth it for the views - try to get there a little early so you get a table... More

Had a lovely meal. The waiter was kind enough to explain the different dishes to us, since we had no clue what we were getting ourselves in.

The spit-roasted lamb was great. The caprese salad was good. The chips were fresh. The grilled vegetables were ok. The view over the cliffs is amazing. We had a great time!
