We first visited Tamarind house 6 years ago and both times it didn’t disappoint. I bought the owners cookbook! Great service, the food was the best we had on the island. Beautiful setting as well.

Great bar, excellent service, amazing food. Best place to eat in Rarotonga if you are looking for an amazing night out. Stunning setting too. Highly recommended.

Easily the best food we had on Rarotonga. We had 2 couples go for lunch and all of us had outstanding meals. I would definitely recommend eating here.

We had a 70th birthday dinner party here. A marquee was set up with beauitul fairy lights. Location, entertainment, food. This is truly a must do while in Rarotonga.

The currency used in Rarotonga is New Zealand dollars. Rarotonga does have its own low-denominational coins which you will often get as change when paying for items. Visa and MasterCard are accepted everywhere but Amex... More
