This is a small intimate spot with wide ocean views. Its elevated and cool even on hot days. The menu has a good variety of offerings, all beautifully cooked. Unfortunately its not accessible if you use a wheelchair. Its also very popular so you often need to book a few days ahead.

We scootered around the island after making a booking here for lunch. It's a great location, elevated off the road with great views out to the west. Our hostess was friendly and took time to talk with us and find out a bit about where we were from. There were specials on the board and a good menu choice of... More

After scootering half way around the island to Black Rock for some snorkeling we looked up and saw this restaurant/cafe tucked away up the hill. Thank goodness we did because it was here that I had the best lunch on the island! Delicious Finger Lickin' Stickin' Chicken!! So good that if it was physically possible for me to do so... More

We ate here twice during our recent stay on Rarotonga and really enjoyed it both times. The food was delicious and well presented and the restaurant is in a lovely situation overlooking the sea.

Stunning view over the water, what a great location!! The lady who looked after us, (Michelle?) was so lovely she brought me a wee birthday treat which was... More

Thank you Michelle for my fantastic "break out of hospital " lunch. The food here? Oh it's to die for! The reputation of this high class but sensibly priced restaurant is reaching far and wide. Try the tapas menu. Absolutely delicious. Prepared with care and perfectly cooked. This restaurant is only open for lunch which makes it all the more... More

A must do when in Rarotonga. Be sure to book, this place is very popular. Been before and went three times on my last visit. Food is always excellent, service outstanding, music on Sunday an added bonus and the view to die for. And do try the tutti fruity cocktail.

Tuoro was recommended to us by friends in New Zealand. We were not disappointed - excellent service - the menu was comprehensive - great atmosphere. We didn't book but would suggest you do as Michelle (the owner) has such a winning combination, it would be a good idea to so as not to be disappointed. Great selection of Lawson's Dry... More

Went for a Sunday lunch after having the place recommended to us from a local. A young lady playing guitar and singing added to the atmosphere . Great view out over the lagoon Food was great and the service was excellent , Recommend you book in advance as it seems very popular
