If you are a person that likes gourmet food this is the place to go. People are very friendly but you must call in advance if you want to have a table and not be waiting hours.

We went and wonder what people liked? The chicken was cold, the vegetables had been previously frozen. Expensive because mostly English-speaking clientele.

Found this place through TripAdvisor and found it to be a good recommendation. We went there for an early dinner as we were going to Machu Picchu next day and needed to turn in early. As a result it was pretty quiet at the time of our visit. We were disappointed that when we asked to be seated outside, they... More

Excellent food and cocktails. Nestled in a garden setting, this was the perfect last meal on our trip to Peru. Staff is also great and spoke excellent English. It was slightly pricey for Peruvian standards, 35-50 Sol for entrees, but I would not hesitate to visit the restaurant for another meal.

Very charming little family like restaurant where the staff was eager to please. The food is local and wonderful. The menu is not too complicated either. If you want to go outside an hotel to have dinner in Urubamba, I would strongly recommend it

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel as the best in Urubamba and region. Our experience (my husband and me) were great. The restaurant caught us by its food which is one of the best we've tried in Peru. The service would be better and faster, but the waiters are nice. You should go with time to appreciate the food.... Out of our party of eight, only two had an okay meal. Not only was it our worst meal in Peru so far, it was my worst restaurant meal in quite a while. Service was so bad. Our waitress messed up our orders several times. Didn't think we would be so disappointed given the positive reviews here. But we are... More

Ate here 2 nights. The first night was excellent - great food, great service, great drinks. The the following week - stopped by again - must have been on a very off night. Took 30 minutes to get a drink - then wrong ones. Dinner was not great. One person could not eat their meat - it was so stringy.... More

We stopped here for lunch on our way to the local market. We were delighted with the quality of the food and the service! The food was fresh and well-presented and everything was delicious! We stayed at Tambo del Inka (which was fantastic), but enjoyed this authentic, local find.
