The breakfast here was fantastic. The American expat who runs this place was super welcoming and helpful. We only ate at two places in town but this was our favorite.

They have an amazing Kahlua cheesecake that is so yummy. I had the chicken ceasar salad with a side of garlic bread (so garlickly and delicious). We had a big group of ten people and the service was quick and super friendly.
Nice menu with vegan and vegetarian options as well as meat choices so everyone in your party with different dietary preferences can be accommodated! It was very busy when we went there but the servers were all hustling. Enjoyed the papas fritas, salad, blackbean and...quinoa burger and and coconut curry! Also grabbed some sweets to go from their case - all were delicious!More
We went here twice when we were in pisac because the atmosphere is great for families and they actually had real ketchup - something my 14 year old decided was very important lol. Plenty of options and the owner is a sweet german lady.
Really enjoyed our bagel with trout and bagel with avocado, only the service was pretty slow and the tea disappointing. Recommend the place though.
Amazing vegetable lasagna & carrot cake! My daughter remembers these desserts from her time studying abroad here, so we checked it out. Definitely great! Wonderful service, too.
On my way to quillabamba I stopped here cuz looks clean and nice no regrets after all the spicy chicken or aji de pollo was great value for the price but my favorite was the carrot pie :) definitely will stop again on my back...for some more the only bad thing was the waitress she seems very annoyed with something hope the manager improves this soon :)More
One of the few options in Pisac for a decent breakfast, but definitely the food is kind of average. It looks pretty and there’s a nice view at the top seating of the mountains around. But the food is just ok taste wise.
I had a nice lunch after long day hike at the pisac ruins. I had the coconut curry with pilaf which was extremely flavorful. The chef also added a hot/spicy sauce on the side to add to the taste. Highly recommend Ulrike's!!!
During a day tour of the Sacred Valley, our guide Oda Seedhouse of Vegetarian Peru took us here for lunch. She's German as well as the owner of Ulrike's although they lived in Peru for over 30 years. I eat a vegan diet (my wife...vegetarian) and they had something great for both of us as well as for those who eat meat/fish. The place is clean and cherry with a very friendly vibe.More
We found this little hole in wall while we were shopping the plaza for souvenirs. The highlight of this place for us was the pizza oven right next to the bar. We ordered pizzas to go and it was a treat watching him make it...while we were enjoying some cervezas. The pizza crust is a definite highlight here… perfectly thin and crispy with just the right amount of char. The chicken and jamon pizzas are winners. The margherita was just ok… could have used fresh mozzarella rather than grated. For dessert, you MUST try the Kahlua Cheesecake. Also, they don’t accept credit cards… didn’t quite expect that.More
Owned by a German lady the food is very good. I had the Vegetarian lasagna and is was very good. The carrot cake was fantastic. Very clean. Service was good.
They had quite a bit on the menu, but we were just after a coffee and cake. They had a nice selection and the carrot cake was delicious. It's a very relaxed place. The staff are pretty relaxed too.
I had eaten here before and had had a good experience, so I was excited to come back. In fact, we drove all the way from Cusco just to eat their gluten-free pizza. We arrived just after 1pm - typical lunch time - and I...ordered the gf pizza, only to be told that it wasn’t available yet. When I asked why, the waiter said that “the dough takes time to prepare” and then gave a vague time of “maybe around 3pm” for when it might be available to order. Since the restaurant opens at 9am, I find it hard to believe that sufficient time hadn’t yet passed for this menu item to be available. Nowhere on the menu did it indicate that this was an item that is only available during certain hours, either. In other words, this restaurant offers specialty items to attract a certain crowd with dietary restrictions and then fails to offer them. For those of us who can’t eat normal food, this is extremely disappointing. I recognize that Peru isn’t big on reliability when it comes to what they offer on their menus, but I expect restaurants that cater to Western tourists and that are located in super-touristy locations such as Pisac to have their acts together more. I doubt that I will come back here again because now I know that I can’t trust them to offer what they advertise.More
The Food has a very good quality at Ulrikes, very friendly service in a cosy environment. And don't forget to try the cakes!!! German cheesecake, the famous carrotcake or else, all so delicious!
