As an English speaking group in Miraflores, we felt very comfortable at Mangos in Larcomar. We came at 6:30 on a Sunday and had just a 10 minute wait before our group of 6 was able to be seated. Our server, Renato, was very helpful and we appreciated him very much. He helped us decipher the Spanish menu and we loved the food we ordered!

This is a very popular restaurant with outdoor seating offering unmatched vibe right on the cliff. The view over the Pacific Ocean is excellent during the day and the cost atmosphere at night is amazing. The food is nice with reasonable price. The service is good too though it could be a bit slow since the restaurant is very bust most of the times.

We visited Mangos in Peru on the night of January 1 (holiday) to receive January 2, and it was an incredible experience thanks to Renato Gutierrez, who attended us delivering good recommendations, demonstrated an extraordinary attitude, taking care of every detail and making my girlfriend's birthday an unforgettable celebration. Their dedication really made a difference and has been some of the best we have received.
If you are in Peru, do not miss it, the sour highly recommended and better if you accompany it with a ceviche (with added extra palta lol) ... ask that he attend to them and it will be even better the experience. 100% recommended!

We popped in this evening for a sunset meal and drink as it was recommended to us and it did not disappoint! We were greeted with friendly smiles and were swiftly brought to our seats overlooking the water with a clear view of the sunset. Our server Renato introduced himself promptly and went through the menu with us giving us some recommendations. We tried pisco sours, the passion fruit flavour and strawberry flavour and they were delicious. We shared a pizza and some fries, which were so yummy and then finished off with a Nutella mousse dessert, also very yummy! The sunset was amazing throughout the evening. Renato asked us if we wanted some photos which we were delighted with and he really looked after us the whole night. We’ve been travelling over 5 weeks now and we’ve had a lot of great servers and staff but Renato was the BEST server we’ve had! Thank you so much for such an amazing first night in Lima Renato!!

Although there was a line to get a table, the wait wasn’t too long (although if we specifically wanted to be seated on the outdoor patio it would have been longer as it was in higher demand). Although we were seated inside, we still had an amazing panoramic view of the sea. I had the pasta with clams, which was delicious and perfectly sauced, my husband had the tuna which was cooked perfectly. A great stop mid-day to refuel before exploring more of Lima.

Very nice staff. But the food was not good. I first ordered pizza. The pizza was almost cold and the bottom was too hard to cut. On request they took it back and changed in Chicken salad. The salad was good. But the chicken was 75% breaded and 25% chicken. The chicken meat was not ready for consumption. Chicken was too old ( in years) for consumption. I had an excellent waiter. He did not charge anything, even not my drinks. Conclusion: perfect waiter, bad food.
I would prefer background music and not loud Disco noise.

Great view and okay food and expensive. They had an issue in the kitchen when we arrived so no grilled and hot plates were available including some meats but they didn’t tell us until we were in our table… wished they were honest in the reception before we entered the restaurant. Probably we wouldve went to another restaurant.

If you visit Lima, be sure to go eat at Mangos... you will enjoy DELICIOUS food with a wonderful view of the Pacific Ocean and EXCELLENT service. My particular recognition to KEYLA, the girl who served us, with great professionalism, warmth and kindness that won our hearts.

Really good food and great cliff side views. Our waiter was nice enough to move us to a table with a great view after the last people sitting there left so don’t feel afraid to ask. We had delicious ceviche and arroz con pato (duck and rice) and a great tropical fruit juices - aguaymanto (ground cherry/gooseberry) and mango.

The place is very good for having beautiful sea views.
Good attention. The food was good (the octopus was delicious and the rice with seafood too). The salmon was very dry and tasteless (we asked for it halfway and it wasn't).
They scammed us a little with the water because they brought us some 250ml bottles that cost 15 soles and we had ordered normal 500ml ones.
