The ceviche options were superb. This place closes at 5:30 and we arrived about 4:00. Packed with at least a 45 minute wait. They were serving people food in the lobby that were waiting. We were given the last two stools at the end of the bar by the door. I think we had the best seats in the house!... More

I really wanted to try a bunch of local places to get my ceviche experience in, but I'm glad I let my boyfriend convince me to come here. (No amount of ceviche is ever enough anyways.) We came relatively early, so it was a bit hectic at the bar, where we avoided a wait and chose to sit. The drink... More

I have been to this classic restaurant several times. The last time with a group of friends and were able to have a private dinner where they taught us how to make ceviche and typical Peruvian dishes. We then had a competition as to how to made the best pisco sour. It is an open dining area which is very... More

Acurio has to be one of the best chefs in the world, but this recently ranked cevicheria as one of the best restaurants in Latin America, has to be tops. They take no reservations so go at ease and with no hurry. You shall be rewarded, The food is great looking and even better tasting. The tiraditos, the nigiri and... More

This place is simply the best. Everything from the menu (extensive and well developed), the food quality, freshness, presentation and portions are all exceptional. We visited twice in our recent trip to Lima and both times we ate at the bar. Both times we were attended by Toño and that was a blessing. He was so generous with information, friendliness,... More

This restaurant is one of the "unforgatable in Lima. I recommend the "arroz con mariscos" after a "tiradito de pescado del dìa". Delicious food.

This place was great! I got the catch of the day ceviche and it was incredible. Their drinks are also made special to each order with a great amount of care. I got the maracuya (passion fruit) sour and it was the best I've had in all my travels. Definitely make a lunch trip here as it closes at 5pm!

Went for a late afternoon drink and snack after El Museo Larco..What a restaurant! Sat at the bar which would rival any sushi bar in the world and had their ceviche sampler and a Pisco...this place is a must eat if your are in Lima...
