We stayed in Allpa Hotel on the 2 nights we were in Lima. So on our going home journey, we decided to have lunch at Allpa's Japanese Restaurant. We were seated almost immediately and shown the menu. My 3 other friends ordered tuna and rice and I had the teriyaki chicken and rice. My friends commented that the tuna was... More

I had the set menu with tonkotsu ramen and California sushi rolls for only 29 soles. The ramen was surprisingly good and the California rolls were not bad either. The rolls should have been a bit more firm, instead off on the verge of falling apart. I felt the need to try something else, so I ordered the tempura sushi... More

We came here for dinner. It was pretty good. We ordered edamame beans, vegetarian gyozas, miso ramen with Florida rolls and a chicken donburi. The portion sizes were good. Our entree of gyoza came out with our main and was a bit cold. Overall the food was good, service was adequate.

Walked past this place and thought we should check it out. We ordered the shoyu ramen and the katsudon. Texture of the noodles were good, broth had flavour. Katsudon had a large portion of rice underneath (es a bit soupy, which it shouldn't be) and the pork Katsu was crumbed well, but a shame that the sauce made it soggy... More

I truly love ramen, so I was really excited about trying this place. Big fat fail!! my wife ordered the medium size ramen and I ordered the large one (both miso broth): the only difference was that mine had a little more broth. Almost no meat, overdone noodles and the miso was flavourless. The gyoza were watery (not juicy) inside. The... More

My wife and I went following the advice of a friend and we were not dissapointed. Quite on the contrary, Tanuki present a fresh a nice offer in their menu. As startes, we had pretty tasty giozas and crispy rolls with salmon. They were great, but the pork with a spicy sauce and the fried rice was fantastic. It is... More

Ramen was delicious. The noodles were great and the broth was exactly seasoned, not too salty. The rolls were nice but nothing special. The yakimeshi was also good.

Best miso ramen I have found in Lima. The sushi is not great but it is affordable, there are other options for sushi. You really want to come to Tanuki for a hot bowl of ramen with gyoza on a cold night. Nice service, atmosphere. Well located in Miraflores. Decent teishokus too!

The Food is great, flavors come out from the sushi. Best sushi in the last time. The ambient is great and the people are very nice. Prices are ok too.
