We've tried this since was suggested from our local guide. The place is similar to a fast food but served peruvian dishes very good (Pollo a la Brasa for example). Price is very cheeper and we was fully satisfied.

First off I’d like to say before this incident we loved La Lucha. We tried it for our first time yesterday in Mira Flores right next to Parque Kennedy and thought it was delicious! We thought it was so delicious we decided to make sure...we get it one more time before we leave Peru. To our excitement we found out there is a La Lucha in the Lima airport. So we ordered the same order, the loma lucha sandwich. But to my surprise this time, after getting through half of the sandwich, I bit into something sharp. “Oh must be a bone, let me take it out” I thought but instead I found this open staple (refer to photos) This is disgusting. This should NEVER happen regarding food quality. This is an OPEN staple which if I would have swallowed this who knows what would have happened. And to the best of my knowledge at this point who knows if there were any other staples that snuck on through before getting to this staple…. I bring this up in hopes that La Lucha checks their quality control in their meat/who they contract with to get their meats. Unclear at what stage this staple was introduced. But the fact that it was sold by La Lucha they need to stand by their product that its 100% safe to eat….This is unacceptable and dangerous. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I hope no one else ever experienced this. Chew and eat carefully out there.More

The place is very good, well-located, clean, people serve you with care and attention, the sandwiches are fresh and juicy, specially "chicarron". Great cost-benefit. We've loved it!

I still love the sandwiches that do even if the variety of sauces offered is less than it used to be. The pork sandwich with sweet potato and onion sauce is magic and one of the first things I eat when in Lima. Delicious and...affordable.More

Has never been consistent with their burgers; lately, most of their burgers are very disappointing, either overcooked, too salty, or raw. Used to have very good burgers. Same with their fries.

We were walking down the street and saw this restaurant with at least 30 people standing outside so we had to try it and see what it was about. We order a chicken sandwich, fries and one of the juice mixtures. The bread of the...sandwich was good and the juice was good. The filling of the sandwich was a bit dry and lacking flavor. I don't understand the huge crowds that it draws but clearly, something they are doing is working for them. Maybe we ordered wrong and I am surely willing to come back and try again!More

I never eat fast food, but this place was actually pretty good. I heard the potatoes were the best in Peru but I really wasn’t impressed at all. If I didn’t go with such high expectations about the potatoes, I would’ve given them 4 stars....Apparently, they changed the type of potato they use. The fresh juice and burger were tasty! We returned here after a year eagerly expecting a great chicharron sandwich but we were disappointed. It seems like the quality has slipped quite a bit. The bun was stale, the meat inside was cold and the fruit juices were definitely sweetened. Not at all...what we experienced last year even the size of the sandwiches were smaller. The fries were still good though.More

We stopped by and ate at this lovely spot and the food was very good and inexpensive. The bbq chicken and the garden salad with the house dressing was amazing. This is a busy spot but they truly do a wonderful job seating and serving...people at this restaurant.More

This place was a real treat, an unexpected delight for us two hungry travelers in the late evening. Our hotel nearby directed us to it. The food was surprisingly good. We ordered a plate of two forms of pork, various potatoes, and more. It was...a generous plate, enough for the two of us, despite our hunger. The prep time was not long, the staff were very friendly and helpful. As a bonus we had a very pleasant conversation with another diner, a Peruvian fellow who was pursuing a graduate degree at Penn State. One of our best memories of visiting Lima, Cusco, and Machu Picchu.More

We had a quick lunch while walking around Miraflores. The two sandwiches we got (pineapple chicken and veggie) were both very tasty and filling. We also got some fries that came with some delicious dipping sauce. Finally, we got a maracuya smoothie, which was amazing....Definitely recommend this place. The cats at Kennedy Park seem to like it too. We had quite the crowd gather around :)More

Walking down the street and decided to grab a sandwich. Amazing. Had the beef sandwich and really enjoyed it. Chased it down with a frozen peach drink.

Sandwiches, fries and fresh juices. Optimal lunch for “on the go”. A full great meal for around 10 Euros (sandwich, fries and large fresh juice). A must when in Lima.
