With all the fuzz about this restaurant, I was expecting a much better dining experience. I think there are better places in Lima at the same price point. Would not recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant provided a friendly reception and service. I was advised on the various meals on offer, trying to order something providing me with a Peruvian flavour. I was not disappointed and the food was well presented and very tasty .

This review is for El Grifo Located at the Jockey Plaza. I have eaten at both locations and the original is better. At this location (jockey) it is also very good the service is ok don't have any complaints. Would recommend it for lunch.

Met there with a group of 6 people for a quick business lunch... we asked for some typical peruvian food (tiraditos, tequeños, causas,, ) to share... and a jar of "chicha morada" (had to change this because it was fermented... )... food is average but good taste, say you can find better extreme examples of price-quality ratio... all in all... I've been to El Grifo twice. The first time was many years ago in their original location of an old gas station.I had forgotten the name, but always thought about this restaurant. Now i had the chance again at their outlet in Jockey Shopping Mall. The rolls are an interesting mix of Japanese food with a Peruvian twist. I had... More

This restaurant located at Avenida Colonial is more in a business and factory area, so good place for a business lunch. It offers a variety of Peruvian and fusion dishes. Ceviche, Tiradito and Causa as appetizers and Crocante de Lenguado or Lomo Saltado for meat lovers are recommended mains. Do not under estimate the desserts, they are delicious. Would go... More

Best lomo saltado, best saltanyaki( a mix of saltado and teriyaki), best salads. A must if you come to lima and want to try real peruvian food. The way we eat in our... More

It is a great place to eat, the options in the menu are excellent, many different plates, really big portions, and really good prices. Additionally, the atmosphere and decoration at the place is really good, I liked a lot the place, and for sure will repeat it. The only aspect I think they can improve is the service; the waitresses... More
