This little place has the best burrito's in Lima. I am a homesick Texan living in South America for 6 months and desperately needed some Mexican food, and this place did the trick! Get the chips and salsa for an appetizer.

Best Mexican food I've had in Lima and in South America! Pretty cheap as well for Lima prices! They got great vegetarian options as well

We came here and felt welcome straight away. Staff didn't speak much English but tried hard to help us out and we got there eventually. Food was lovely and the margaritas were strong but amazing! Was smaller than expected but didn't matter. Would advise all tourists to go here!

Though seriously, this guy, named Stu, from England, is making truly awesome fare in his tiny humble hole in the wall. Very inexpensive and delicious. Lots of "mochileros" frequent the joint. Only criticism is he sorely lacks real mexican chilis. So, the flavor is "off" for aficionados. Most apparently don't know the difference. Great staff, great filling food, and great... More

I originally wandered to the area for another restaurant, but I am gluten free and that restaurant was out of the gluten free dough for their pizza. Best thing to happen that day because I then stumbled upon Burrito Bar and it was a gift from the taco gods. I ordered the vegetarian tacos with black beans and had the... More

You have to go to this little burrito bar in Barranco. It has the best meat/chicken burrito/taco in town. The spices are just right and the flavors are not tex/mex. They are very similar to the real thing. And after a huge burrito you can go a 1/2 block away for a great gelatto at Blu!

Very good tacos and burritos. Not fully Mexican style but more Mexican part of the "TexMex" style. Great margaritas and great atmosphere. not a lot of space in the place so you might have to wait or take it to go. but the food price and quality is worth it!

Excellent, the best burritos we've had in Lima, we'll come back soon again. One burrito per person was just enough as lunch

The food here is awesome, don't be deterred by the basic furnishings, it just adds to the charm. The mixed tacos were my favourite, three soft tacos with chicken, beef and pork. Also nice artisan beers available.
