It was in Miraflores, a good lunch for a reasonable price. Their sea food is very good, especially the "Piqueo" which is an appetizer made of several kind of shells and fish. Main dishes are fish with a very good sauce and local vegetables. Some...typical deserts as well. And try their Pisco sour, well balanced and the maracuya juice as typically Peruvian. The only bad point is that they have so many clients that you might have to wait for a table after 12h30, and they gently push you out after you finish your meal.More
If you are looking for ceviche, THIS IS THE PLACE! I have never tasted a better peruvian ceviche than this. I also tried the stuffed fish and it was amazing. They have different locations in Lima. This is a must for me when visiting Lima....Prices are a bit high, however their quality supports it and worth it. I absolutely recommend this place.More
We had a late supper here and I am a true seafood lover. The ceviche was amazing and I also tried the scallops baked with parmesan. Black ink risotto was yummy as was the trout. I'd go back in a heartbeat!
Terrific first night in Lima after finding this gem! I had the planked fish with salad, potato and rice while my partner enjoyed a beautiful seafood ceviche in lemon crema. Pisco sours were a perfect accompaniment! Server went above and beyond for us.
OMG, the food was excellent!! Don't skip this place if you're only here for a short time. Totally worth it!
This is a good place for traditional Peruvian seafood. Try the different ceviches AND (drumbs please..) the tacu tacu. Oh, soo good!
Long waiting queues. Enjoyed a cocktail standing and waiting for 15 minutes. Limited seating area. My cheviche was good but should have been cold, not room temperature! The waiting became exasperating so decided to skip the main meal and asked for dessert. Never came, paid...and left kind of disappointed. They should improve their uncomfortable chairs on the terrace!! Pricewise correct.More
The front desk was very nice, but once seated, the service was very slow. We started with the Pulpo al Olivo. The octopus was nice and tender but it was DROWNED in a mayonnaise and olive sauce...about 3x more than needed. Really unfortunate. The salmon...and Parihuela were both fine. Unfortunately the Tucas Tucas was nearly inedible. Way too much salt. I returned it and while they wouldn’t take it off the bill, the waiter asked twice for a tip. I just wanted out of there at that point.More
We loved loved this restaurant, so much so that it was our favourite during our visit to Peru. The ceviche was so good, as well as the fried fish. Strongly recommend!
