Maybe traditional Peruvian food but we found it to be bland. Worse still: this is maybe the only restaurant that we have been to in 10 years of travel all over the world that does not serve alcohol. There should be a sign at the...door rather than telling us after we were seated and ordering. Caution: the choncholi is tripe, once again this was not obvious. Overall it was Disappointing for us on our final night in Barranco where we were looking to celebrate after 4 fabulous days.More

I can guarantee you that this Restaurant is one of the best I've tried and the Anticuchos are an authentic delicacy In general all the dishes are well served and the aroma says it all when they bring it to the table The desserts are...also deliciousMore

For an appetizer I had the stuffed avocado which was easily big enough for two people. For the main dish I had chicken breast, boiled potatoes and the huge Peruvian corn. The food was fine if not special. The chicha was good if you are...into sweet drinks. They do not sell beer or wine. The service was good.More

Anticuchos are ok but not excellent. The anticucho de pollos are only chicken breasts. I thought it would be chicken heart... Very desappointed! The menu doesn't explain anything. Better be Peruvian to eat there... And the prices are extremely high for the type of food....I do not recommendMore

If you love anticuchos, get to this place! It's a big restaurant specialised in anticuchos, though it also have other grilled options. They are tasty, tender and good sized! We had anticuchos and for dessert, we had 'picarones' and they were delicious. This place is...just next the 'puente de Los Suspiros'More

The antichuno was amazing and I'd recommend the chocolate tort. I'd probably skip the potatoes and corn, but that's just me. They didn't have beer here which was a let down. Other than the waiter having us sit right at the entrance of a massive...empty restaurant and hovering over us the whole time we enjoyed it here.More

Best anticuchos and picarones in town!! The dishes are very big so it’s perfect for sharing. The potatoes are cooked to perfection. All very tasty and delicious. The picarones are the perfect size and texture. The anticuchos are so soft, meat cooked just right. Definitely...a must eat in LimaMore

Be prepared to share as the servings are generous. The quality of the food is top notch and the service fine. We had the fried trout, the grilled calf liver and the famous picarones for dessert. We went to the one on Avenida San Martin.

This place is always mentioned when talking about the best anticuchos in town and it's easy to see why... Perfectly prepared, great side dishes, substantial portion, all served with a smile! It gets an extra nod for the location alone.

I have been here for a friends meeting. They have many options like anticuchos, rachi, mollejita. All is reallt fresh. Big sweet corns and a great chilli's sauce. All its drinks are made from fresh fruits. The picarones where delucious, too. The waitress was very...kind and she was always smiling. Also prices are very good, about 10 dollars per person.More
