Good for your sushi fix; Avoid the odd rolls.

If you can’t get into Maido, Edo might be your next best bet. We came before it actually opened, and there were already some people milling around waiting for the first seating. A large group of us shared the large boat (paquetes) set of sushi, and we were able to choose our selection of... read more

Edo has a really nice variety of sushi and maki infused with Peruvian ingredients, as well as traditional. The quality id hard to beat, with reasonable prices, and several locations in Lima, you can go wrong if you are in the mood for Sushi

While Edo might be a trendy place to eat (you WILL wait for a table), it's hardly worth it. It's as if they train their staff to be rude to you: the hostess rolled her eyes at my boyfriend, we barely saw our server, and a manager REFUSED to bring us extra rice to go with our sashimi. What's worse,... More

I always love to come to this place! I have tried Sushi in many placed, but Edo sushi is one of my favorites! The different and unique combinations are a celebration of taste, presentation and flavor!! I will recommend this to anyone 100%

Went with friend's recommendation. Fried rice is on salty side. Hubby complains the Udon noodle is below par. The price is North American Price. Only Salmon Sashimi is the satisfying dish, which I had to remind the waiter of my missing order at the end of the meal.

We have had appalling sushi in our time traveling through South America this was certainly the opposite experience. We ordered Gyoza, sushimi, two types of sushi and a mixed rice. Every single dish was full of flavour and different from the next. Drinks were good, service was quick and attentive. Would go again but it's not really in the backpackers... More

After 3 months in South America eating local food we basically came to Lima just to eat. We are sushi lovers and decided to give Edo a go after a friend recommended it. The sushi was wonderful and very reasonably priced (181 soles for 3 cocktails and a full stomach which is incredible compared to the prices in Europe for... More

I had sushi several times at this restaurant. I like it but their fish selection could be better. The rolls are creative but could use some of the classic rolls. Mostly aiming to please local crowd.

Not the first time we went but definitely never more. There are plenty of better sushi bars (maki bars) in Lima. The makis were like 'home made' by an amateur. The rice was terrible, the appearance was poor. A shame for a restaurant that had better days. We complained and by courtesy they offered desert for free. Not enough, we... More

We really love this restaurant because the quality standards throughout the whole chain of restaurants are pretty good, depending on the chef, and the price is great. We're always disappointed with other Japanese restaurants in Lima because the quality doesn't meet Edo's and the prices are unreasonably high. We're also getting tired of this outdated "fusion" kick that seems to... More
