This is a true French Bistro, many of the other restaurants but their bread from here. He has his fruits and vegetables shipped in fresh everyday. Best French onion soup I have ever had on Fridays. Lasagna, salads, sandwiches are great.

now called Le Bateau Ivre, quality good and excellent service in the otherwise mayhem that is Iquitos. Great breakfast, lunch and evening meal options. Also pleasant environment for conversation and a few beers in the evening.

Excellent fusion of French and Peruvian food. Near the river and with an informal, but pleasant atmosphere

Great experience. We actually ate here 3 times. Wonderful reasonably priced food, great tables on the Boulevard or inside in the back room with open roof. We came back for the chocolate mousse for dessert (wonderful!)

The food's OK, nothing special, but edible. Iquitos is the only city in Peru where I haven't found a really good restaurant. OK decor, but has to be one of the last restaurants in the world where they tolerate smoking. When we asked the waitress...More

This must be the only restaurant in Iquitos with menus shared on tablets - well done. Large range and variety to choose from - lunch was going to be light. We had chicken pita and a fish burger. Both were good. Very clean toilets. The...More

This was a solid meal, but not outstanding. The restaurant was beautiful: Spanish colonial meets Parisian. The food was good, but not outstanding. I do have to preface this with a caveat: this is Iquitos where finding most ingredients a chef needs for a French...More

This menu has something for everyone - traditional Peruvian or comforts from home (US). They have an adorable patio that overlooks the Malecon. The staff are lovely and accommodating. Our son lives in Iquitos and eats here regularly and the staff treated us like royalty!...More

This was around the corner from our tour agency, so we headed here to get some dinner before flying out to Lima. An electronic tablet menu was in both Spanish and English, so easy to order from. I had a Caprese pannini that was very...More

The food is good, but the service is slow. They use a digital tablet for a menu. You pick out what you want in English, but the waitress has to figure out what it is in Spanish. The prices are high.
