This place came recommended and was super super busy the night before we stopped in for lunch and found it was nothing special and was super expensive considering what you could get in other places. (And the food we got wasn't even that good either) The one good thing I can say is their menu is huge.

I never would've walked into this place if the people from Iquitos who ran my guesthouse hadn't recommended it as a good place to go for local food. It looks like a greasy spoon straight out of the 50s, and the dishes themselves look like they leave a lot to be desired. But my Dorada a la Loretana almost made... More

Didn't try the food so this review is skewed but this place has the best smoothies I've tried in Iquitos. The aguaje cremolada is amazing and the acai smoothie is only 6 soles...compare that to Karma Cafe which is about 10 soles. It's in a high traffic area and a lot of locals seem to lie to eat here although... More

There is a large list of food which can cater to all diets, including vegetarian. However the meals are somewhat plain and service is very slow. Hawkers to move to the tables and can be very bothersome.

We went to Ari's Burger to get some food just after we arrived to Iquitos - what a disapointment. Only good thing that can be said about it is that it is located centrally, just at the main square.

Busy, crowded place to eat and people watch! Good food, good prices, good service and great ice cream and smoothies!

Great spot for a really yummy ice cream and people watching around the (at times) chaotic plaza de armas.

went here 4 times within a week, from breakfast to dinner. food is decent and wide choice available, ask for recommendations! Fairly large portions considered the price of it, tasty and freshly made in the kitchen in the back of the restaurant. service was a bit slow at peak times, but hey, its Peru!

I have spent time in Iquitos, Peru every year for the past 14 years, and on every visit I make it a point to have at least one meal at Ari's! The food is well prepared, with some great local dishes and the service is exceptional. I usually travel with a group and most evenings we walk to the Plaza... More

Guys, you should go there, the dishes, the prices and the service are great. I've tried some dishes and I fell in love. I want to go back there now.

Thank Angel G
