This is one of the best restaurants in the area for a reasonable price. Dinning area is very comfortable. Servers will greet you with some courtesy drinks (we got pisco sour!) and light food (like choclo with cheese). Service is fast and food is very good. I appreciate that their menu combines traditional Peruvian cuisine and some Italian dishes as... More

I ate here several times during my month in Cusco. I loved the food. Reasonable prices also. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

I had the lunch menu for 30 soles: included choice of soup or salad, main and desert. They also serve fresh bread, choclo and cheese. I had the quinoa soup and aji de gallina. Both were very good. The chocolate cake was a bit dry.

While the exterior caught our attention the real surprise was inside, with a very inviting atmosphere and delicious food. A small restaurant that left us very impressed. The service was very good even as we struggled to communicate with our server and vice versa due to a slight language barrier. I tried the Alpaca Tenderloin and not knowing what to... More

Food was top rate and service was just as good. The menu was in Spanish and English, and our waiter Arturo also spoke English, which was very helpful. He treated us to a complimentary pisco sour before our main courses of lasagne and, according to my husband, a very succulent and tender steak (and my husband knows steak - there... More

Delicious Peruvian food and great service. There is Inca corn and a complimentary Pisco sour to start with. We tried the shrimp soup, which was full of shrimp, vegetables and a light broth. We ordered the Mixta Brochette and the Fillet Mignon. The mixta had chicken, salmon and steak grilled and served with fresh steamed vegetables. The filet mignon came... More

We wrote a friend of ours and asked her for a recommendation to eat in Cusco and she told us to come to Don Carlos. Arturo was our waiter and he took wonderful care of us. We had Lomo Saltado (beef, tomato, red wine, potatoes, purple onions on a bed of rice), Chupe Quinoa, a traditional Andean soup featuring quinoa,... More

We had a party of nine and the service was great. Thank you to Arturo our waiter. Everyone's meals were terrific. The cevice was lovely. Many of us had trout which was perfect.
