Lovely colonial dining rooms with strong colors and huge antique paintings--though I am a Catholic its a bit much, while eating. We ordered several items - all ok, nothing overwhelming , but just right. My steak was cooked nicely but the sauce / gravy was totally too sweet: reduced red wine and jelly! Small portion of carpaccio and sides. 30%... More

We ate here twice on this trip to Cusco. The trout was delicious and cooker perfectly, washed down with tasty Peruvian wine. Today, I grabbed an alpaca burger for kunch before my flight out, and it was cooked well, at was very satisfying! We stayed at the accompanying hotel, so also had breaky here each day, which was great. Politw... More

My mother and I spent 3 nights at La CASA Andana private collection and we decided to experience the Hotel's restaurant Alma. Manuel, the restaurant manager, was extremely nice in suggesting us the most typical Peruvian dishes. We started with the most famous Peruvian cocktail, the pisco sour, which was done to perfection. Antonio was very professional in explaining the... More

The hot wings was fine but it was suppose to come with a blue cheese dip which we had to request for. The pizza base was the kind you can get frozen from supermarket and they just put their own topping. To top it off, the waiter actually asked outright for a tip! Wasted my time as only had 4... Good service and it is especially nice if you can dine in the courtyard. Staff is attentive and food is good, although no memorable.

We stayed at Casa Andina-The Collection in Cusco for three nights. We had breakfast each day, dinner one night and a dinner of their tapas special another night. The food was excellent and the staff was incredible, especially Elisabeth. We were traveling with my son, daughter-in-law and two young grandchildren. We are in the hospitality business so we know how... More

I stuck with the chef's recommendation of corn and cheese for a start and amazing quinoa burgers for my main. The food was fantastic and the peruvian white wine matched perfectly. The service was exceptional - I was on my own and I always think that's the best test for servvice as they often don't treat you well, but they... More

Finding a restaurant in Cusco where the waiters know what gluten free is, is pretty rare. This is one of them. They even came back to me saying what I asked for isn't ok after all and altered another dish I wanted to fit. But, the food is just ok, didn't knock me off my feet... I got the cream... More

Had lunch here today and I must admit that I am greatly impressed. The service here is very good and the staff is very friendly and speaks English. I ordered the beef carpaccio, corn souffle, and ceviche. All were absolutely delicious but I would like to mention that the beef carpacio and the ceviche were the best I have tasted.

It's a great place for that first meal of soup and not much else, since "soroche" (altitude) will hit you and your party and you won't want a large first meal. We had dinner and breakfast and the latter was much better. Friendly service. It's an OK hotel restaurant, but there's better in Cuzco.
