We arrived at this restaurant at the invitation of a friend and we were impressed by the architecture, the food and the service.

Many thanks to Leonidas for all their attention to us.

Bias? Last time I checked, "vegetarian friendly" meant that there were options for vegetarians or that they could modify items on the menu. If you have a problem seeing a whole cuy on a plate, you have a problem with culture, not the food - this is the way it is served and prepared in the Andes and has always been. Politically correct? This restaurant has vegetarian options and will modify dishes to suit dietary restrictions - if you have never been to this restaurant, why such harsh and misleading words?!?!
