Four days in Peru, trying one or two restaurants per day, searching for good peruvian food and swift service. Not easy. Most bistro size places keep ingredients frozen until someone orders a dish that requires them. Even the fish for ceviche! So preparations take very...More

My husband and I wanted to try some Cuy before we left Cusco and our trekking guide recommended this place! He told us they serve fresh Cuy daily. So we stopped by for lunch. We were not disappointed! Upon walking up to the restaurant, you...More

We went there under the recommendation of a guide and it was a mistake. Bad service and bad food. To start with, the waiter was not putting attention when taking the order. Then the was terrible. The cuy (guinea pig) has nothing to est on......More

A lively place with live music. Close to Plaza de Armas. If you are looking to have Cuy (guinea pig - a delicacy in Peru) you can get it here! Our group enjoyed everything we ordered, including Cuy. Service was good.

Clean restaurant for big tour groups, local Peruvian music played during lunch to add to the ambience. Stagg spoke well English. Food tasted very average and not worth the price. But if you not game enough to risk eating off the street markets and wanted...More

We visited as a group of seven last night and none of us were thrilled with the food or service. I loved the garlic bread and chocolate cake, but my actual meal (spaghetti pomodoro) was strange. Originally, a bolognaise was bought out which I hadn't...More
