We've dined at many of Gaston's restaurants in Lima and decided to try Chicha in Cusco. While the lomo saltado was as good as the dish in Tanta or Panchita (Lima), the ravioli was flavorless. Service was not extraordinary.

We are San Fran foodie family and we were so looking forward to Gaston cuisine!! Hate to report that we were extremely disappointed, we combo appetizer, lamp chop, fried pork and lomo saltado and every single dish is way way salty. Service was slow (we had reservations), took them 5 min to come take our drinks order, then another 10... More

After finishing the Salkantay Trek, we decided with a couple of friends to treat ourselves with the famous Chicha. We were welcomed with nice little hot purples buns, but the service was rather slow. Our plates were quite decent (Pachamanca, Cordero, and Lechón croquante) but nothing overwhelmingly good for the price we paid. Good but a bit overpriced in my... More

Great service. Good menu and food. Not a fine dining experience. No ambiance but the food was good. Many tourists in there. Would recommend if someone is looking for a quick restaurant

Arrived for lunch at 12:45 Servers attentive but seemed to want to sell more than requested. Lamb burger with fries with skins on took 30 minutes. Nice view to plaza and cathedral below and the mountain in the background, but no local art or decor. More typical diners in the same plaza would have done just fine. Sorry, but this... More

We lost our reservation due to a flight delay. So we went back another day and the staff was able to find a table for us. The host was not very attentive but, our server was great. We loved our food and wine. We order the chocolate ball which was fab. A must try!!

Refined and sophisticated haute cuisine, and still just the typical Peruvian food with it's simplicity and earthy taste from the mountains.

We were told that it was an amazing place to go because the food was really good! After waiting for 45 minutes (and we were told that was 20), we had to eait quite a lot to a waiter to come and take the order! That is to say that the service is not good. Talking about the food: I... More
