About
A Mi Manera is located just one block from Cusco's main square, on the second floor of a beautiful colonial house inside garden. Our restaurant can accommodate up to 50 diners in what is both an intimate and elegant setting. Our bar and open plan kitchen have been designed to allow guests to see how their meals and drinks are prepared, and even to participate in our cookery demonstrations. What gives us the greatest satisfaction is the fact that our guests always feel comfortable, and they always come back.

Situated just uphill from Plaza de Armas on a 2nd floor location, a window table provides a very nice view!
The waitstaff is attentive and speaks english very well.
The menu consists of traditional Peruvian dishes made with superior ingredients. They will even make items not listed on the menu. Our waitress, Judi, was very helpful and had the chef, Jorge, make us some chicha morada on special request although it was not on the menu! My quinoa and vegetable dish was very tasty. My husband had the Cuscueño Adobo that was the best we have had with a just right spicy level.
Great people and service, excellent presentation with very affordable prices.

Really enjoyed the meal we had at A Mi Manera. The salad was delicious and really all the food was really good. The service was not great which brought down the experience just a bit or we may have given them a 5 star review. We were the only diners in the restaurant and somehow it felt like we were sometimes ignored, and when we did ask for things the response was slow.

Food and drinks were fantastic! Reasonable prices and also 5 stars service, we have ordered A ROLLEAR, a cocktail made of old rum and jamaicas flower, tasted amazing and a Cuzqueña
Continued with Chaufa de Quinoa with a nice flowery decoration and the well known Arroz con Mariscos, and it had a surprising flavour. We ended up with the Misti, with fruity and perfect combination of ice cream and chocolate cake and chocolate sauce.

After eating in various restaurants in Cusco, this place has my heart (and stomach). The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. Also, the staff is kind and very human, making you feel comfortable, and not like you are being served by a robot. My partner enjoyed it very much, and thinks the same. We felt at home there, and we're definitely coming back!
Also, another point that differs from other Peruvian-style restaurants is that there are great vegan options in the menu, ones that don't leave you feeling hungry afterwards, or feeling like you missed out on flavor.
The bottom line: This has become our favorite Peruvian restaurant in Cusco.
Do yourselves a favor and eat here!

My wife and I were looking for a restaurant that had both Lomo Saltado and a fish plate. My wife ordered the salmon with mixed vegetables and I had the Lomo. Both were excellent, well prepared with fresh ingredients. Rather than the usual French fries with the Lomo Saltado, it came with wedge potatoes. Marco, our waiter, was friendly friendly and accommodating.

I ate here for dinner during my trip to Cusco. I had passion fruit juice, alpaca carpaccio, Andean potatoes, an organic salad, and a chocolate lava cake. Everything I ordered was delicious. One of the owners (Oscar) was working that evening. He was very personable and attentive. The kitchen is visible to diners and all the food is made fresh to order. You can really see that Oscar is not just an owner. He serves patrons along with his staff, and he is passionate about his restaurant and the quality of the food they serve. Thank you for creating a fantastic dining experience.
P.S. Oscar, the Salkantay Trek was amazing and you were right. The food was delicious.

On our 1st night in Cusco at over 11,000 ft, we decided to eat a light dinner. Though I ordered a Peru chicken dish (Aji de Gallina) which was very good, the other three ordered soups - also excellent. Our server this night was Jose. He was also excellent. Our hotel and others recommended this restaurant. I would recommend this restaurant to a friend.

Food was delicious, and prices were very reasonable for standard of food and compared to similar restaurants in central Cusco. Staff were really friendly and welcoming and service was fast. The restaurant had a great vibe. Food all cooked fresh in an open kitchen.

A pleasant, fine dining restaurant in Cuzco. The waiter and staff were attentive and inviting. They started with a complimentary chef's amuse of a causa served in a large spoon. When one of our party asked if the sauce on it had cheese because he's allergic, we discovered that it did. Within minutes, one without the cheese sauce was presented. The appetizer of potato varieties with three sauces was splendid. All three main courses were beautifully presented and special mention must be made for the Lomo de Alpaca. Ths wine and cocktails were very nice. Highly recommended for a reasonably priced fine dining experience.

Choosing the a mi manera restaurant was one of the best choices I made in Cusco.
The experience was incredible from start to finish... The place is beautiful, very clean, cozy and I didn't encounter any sensory problems. The music is pleasant and has a low volume which made me feel very comfortable. I also didn't hear any loud sounds coming from the kitchen or other parts of the restaurant.
We were very well attended to by Juan Diego, who was very polite, friendly, offered to take photos and even answered any questions we had about the dish and the region.
The presentation of the dishes was impeccable. The food was delicious and there was enough to feed me. The texture of everything on the plate pleased me and I'm very picky about eating due to food selectivity.
Anyway, I felt that the restaurant is a little hidden and the price of the dishes is a little higher than in other places, but I HIGHLY recommend that you stop by because it delivers much more than it promises.
Oh and their ceviche was the best I've ever eaten. ♥️

The staff is attentive and friendly, always willing to provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu. The food is extraordinary; Each dish is a masterpiece that creatively combines flavors and uses fresh, quality ingredients. The presentation is impeccable and each bite is a delight for the palate. We were so impressed by the care that the staff paid us. We were given hand towels, napkins, and even a couple complimentary dishes. I gave a list of all my allergies and they assured me of what I could eat. The server Salomon was so kind and seemed to love his job. The food was unbelievable! I ordered the Cusco Adobo, my husband tried the Cuy legs (guinea pig) in confit style. Everything was well plated and tasted as good as it looked. My adobo was one of the best stewed dishes I've tried - a local dish with local flare. Its flavours were rich. The guinea pig was a good way to try the meat at an affordable price. The skin was crispy and the meat was well cooked. The flavours accompanying it helped with any gamey flavour. We ordered the passion fruit mouse with muña ice cream. Such unique and yummy flavours, with great details like a fruit reduction drizzle to add to the experience.

A restaurant placed in a charming area and where we dined very well. The pumpkin soup, beef heart skewers and burger were very good. Then an excellent pork pulled. The kitchen is local but sophisticated. On the other hand glass of water at 2 euros because small bottle of water brought when asking for still water.
Award is a bit expensive but the quality of the food is excellent

Very very good address in Cusco!
Very nice home.
The 4 of us (parents and young adults) tried different restaurants in the city, including the most expensive, and this one is really excellent value for money!
The menu is well constructed, and all the dishes are tasty.
We were won over from start to finish, because the cocktails were very well dosed.
Each of our dishes was good, balanced, well seasoned.
