Lovely space within Map Museum, an extension of Lima's terrific Museo Larco. Outstanding food, drinks, service. My only frustration was my inability to make another reservation there the next day in Cusco to keep working down the menu!

Came here for a birthday dinner with my wife. Made a reservation a couple weeks in advance for 7 pm. When I tried to contact the restaurant to move our reservation time up, I was ignored. When we arrived, the restaurant was shockingly empty. Customer service in responding to emails obviously lacking. The food: Presentation - 5/5 Taste - 3.5/5... More

This is a nice and unique restaurant in Cusco. It is a bit expensive but is worth it. The Ossobuco is amazing! You have to try it!

Map is located in the pretty courtyard inside the Museo de Arte Precolumbian (recommended. The food and service at MAP are both outstanding. The quality of the food at MAP rivals the best restaurants of New York. I can attest to this because we live in Manhattan. We especially enjoyed the alpaca (delicious!!) and the corvina (sea bass). The preparations... More

MAP Cafe is conveniently located in the courtyard of the Museum of Pre-Columbian Art in historic Cusco. Our waiter, Yuri, was professional, courteous, knowledgable and helpful in explaining the gourmet menu alternatives. All dishes are expertly prepared from locally sourced, fresh ingredients and exquisitely presented. The food is, indeed, delicious with sophisticated layers of taste. Without a doubt, MAP Cafe... We arrived early but were treated very nicely while we waited. We chose one appetizer, entree, and dessert but were treated to a lagniappe at the beginning. It was Alpaca tartar and delicious. I also had the Alpaca as my entree simply because three of the others had goat cheese and I won't eat veal or lamb. I hated to... More

This is really a terrific place - great location right across from Monasterio and a short walk from Cusco's main square. Excellent and attentive service in a small dining room and of course very good food - great use of local ingredients in a simple and not over-engineered way - a real gem and a must-try if in Cusco. Don't... More

Small restaurant with excellent service and food. Prix Fixe dinner menu with varied selection of starters, main courses, and desserts. Fine Peruvian cuisine with good presentation. Best meal we had in Peru. Map Cafe comparable to fine dining in NYC.

We ate here with our group for our farewell dinner in Peru. It was an excellent choice. The food was very good and the service was also. This restaurant was attached to a museum. Our guide rated this the best restaurant in Cusco.

We did not want to eat at our hotel and accepted a recommendation from our butler and came to this restaurant. We at lunch at this restaurant. Upscale restaurant. Food was delicious, amazing drinks (Pisco Sour and fresh maracuya juice), and large portions. They even have a kid's menu. The service was great.
