We visited Jacks twice this visit. The queue moves fast as there's no wifi so folks move on quick. Big portions and good prices. Yummy hamburgers, juices, coffees etc. we didn't have a bad meal. Recommend

A cafe style atmosphere, fast service and reasonable prices. We had no issue getting a table for 9 in the evening, although it was quite busy we were fairly early( just before 7pm). There was plenty of choice with large portions.

During my stay in Cusco I've been to Jacks three times and never got disappointed. I had the chicken sandwich, which was huge and worth the money. I also had the tortillas which tasted really good. All in all, everything I tried was pretty good. You might have to wait in line, but it's worth the wait.

Huge portions, some local some western, will not disappoint. May have to queue for lunch but worth a 15min wait in the sun.

The breakfast - scrambled eggs, toast, orange juice, and coffee - was okay. Nothing special but we can go there again if visiting Cusco. The price was fair - almost 20 soles for scrambled eggs, toast, orange juice, and coffee. The location was within a city center, The ambiance was cozy and warm.

We had dinner here recently and we loved it I had a great chicken satay dish that was huge and my partner had the soup which again was huge and tasty. We couldn't fit dessert it but wish we could have they looked amazing especially the brownies.

We went here about 3 or 4 years ago and when we came back it was somewhere I wanted to revisit. The food tasted good and there was plenty of it. I especially remember the breakfast fry up with mushroom and tomato, and the cinnamon and apple porridge.

This place is trying so hard and to be fair the waitresses are trying even harder. The attention and service is a 10/10 but the cheeseburger was a bit expensive for something so mediocre. The side salad was amazing! Check it out if you miss "home" food THAT much. It's always so crowded maybe stick to the shepherd pie, that's... More

Even though there was a wait, someone came out to the line to take our order so when we were seated our food was ready very quickly. The pancakes were really good, but the veggie burger was a bit soggy. I'd stick to the breakfast foods next time.

Thank Rosemary D
