This is the place to be if you want to enjoy a nice fancy dinner. The staff serves you really well and dishes are nice. We had a cold platter (nice one with cheeses, nuts & some meat like salami) we had a bottle of wine and two main dishes. This was almost 100 soles but really worth it.

It was our first night in Arequipa so we took a recommendation from our hotel staff to try Zingaro. It couldn't have been better! We shared a plate of cheeses, meats, olives, pecans, and raisins as an appetizer, then had Rocoto Relleno that was delicious. The service was friendly and very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Stylish restaurant with excellent service, and an 'open' impressive kitchen. We enjoyed the smartly prepared typical dishes of the region. The alpaca filet in Rosemary was delicious, perfectly done, tender and pink inside. It was served with roasted sweet potatoes and yucca(?) and some lightly steamed green beans and broccoli. Recommended.

This restaurant is well-appointed, centrally located, and in a very interesting old building with high ceilings and interesting walls. It was a haven of quiet off a busy street and I was quite surprised by how much I enjoyed everything about Zingaro. The food was very good, the pisco sours also very good! The service was excellent.

Family of four with a 3 and 7 year old, we went there for dinner; had a fantastic time. My husband firmly believes they have the best pisco sours in town. The dinner was perfect, service was great and prompt as well. One of our favorites in Arequipa.

Nice meal after a LONG day. The setting is pleasant - doesn't feel "touristy" even though you are in the tourist district. Would recommend to others.

Food was quite good, but nothing exceptional. Moreover I asked for no mushrooms in my quinoa salad and I found a lot of them. The restaurant was quite busy and we waited a lot before eating. A expected more!

I ate here on a Tuesday and was expecting it to be full, given the position on tripadvisor. However, it was rather empty, which is usually a bad signal. Fortunately, I was wrong! The staff is nice. You can see the food being cooked. I asked for the alpaca with quinotto (risotto of quinoa) and it was DELICIOUS! Probably the... More
