I go to Paladars at least once per week. The owners take time to get to know you and what your food preferences are. Always prompt friendly service and delicious food. Recommendations: Quiche and grilled veggies & Eggs Benedict...cooked to perfection. Tricia Eagle

I have no idea how this place has risen in TripAdvisor ratings. We have been 4 or 5 times, and always found the food boring and sub-par, the service poor to middling, and the entertainment a mixed unpredictable bag. I now just skip the announcements,...More

We have been traveling Ecuador for 3 weeks and this is the by far the best meal we have gotten. The owners are very sweet and talkative, the food is amazing and the timing impeccable.
