This is our second trip to Fabiano’s and once again the pizza was excellent. This time, we ordered one with Italian sausage; it is not easy to find good Italian sausage in Ecuador, but this was pretty passable. Fabiano’s has nice, pizza joint atmosphere, but...go for the food, it is really excellent.More

This little cafeteria serves the best lamb stew! Family owned for generations. Friendly atmosphere in an outdoor setting so safe during Covid.

Server was beautiful, food was delicious and prices were perfect! It was great to have traditional pizza after a week of chicken, rice and plantains...

After 2 weeks of wonderful Ecuadoran food, we wanted pizza and we found a good place! Excellent pizza, relaxed atmosphere, good wine and beer. Prompt service on a busy Saturday. Would recommend for couples, families or a birthday slice!

For a really great piazza or for that mater a wonderful Italian meal, lunch or dinner, Fabiano‘s is the place! I love both locations but the one in El central has an amazing atmosphere and the one On the West side is more modern. Both...server the same wonderful menu. The piazzas are to die for!More

We visited Fabianos a few times during our 2 month stay in Cuenca, also went there few times during our stay here last year. They have very good pizza, although a little bland, by adding the hot pepper seeds they provide on the tables in...a shaker the pizza is much better. The pasts are very good as well, perhaps even better than the pizza. The chicken parmesan is highly recommended. The ceaser salad is excellent, lots of garlic in the sauce and has soft croutons, which I was not sure about at the beginning but came to love after a couple of trys. The staff is very friendly, however, they could be much better if they had a bit of training. They ALWAYS forget to remove the salad or appetizer plates before bringing the main course.More

Very disappointed. Our lasagna was pretty cooked and reheated. Steamy on top - cold throughout. Eggplant parmesan was okay. Flavorful and heated through but pasta underneath was cold. Will not be going back. Our wait staff pleasant but never asked if our meals were okay.

Everyone we were with in Cuenca raved about Fabianos, so why not? When it came I was disappointed. The crust was bread like and not really a pizza crust. The sauce had been cooking way to long and lost the fresh flavours, the sauce was...dark and had the burnt flavor of over cooked tomato. Then there was the cheese, now this is not there fault at all but in Ecuador the cheese is not so great. It is all very bland. It is what they like, so be it. So unless you are Jonesing hard for a Pizza wait until you go to your favorite place. I was glad to have tried it in Ecuador and I have had worse pizza elsewhere too. There are things they could do to make it better though!More

We got a pizza and a calzone, the cheese on the pizza was awful, inedible. The calzone was covered in garlic powder,I'm fine with garlic but the powder was unnecessary and unwanted. Delivery was very convenient.

Some of my local friends took me to this place for dinner. We were all pleased with the quality, taste and value of the food. The largest size was sufficient for 6 adults for about $25.
