I loved this place. The central courtyard is very beautiful. The rooms are cozy, warm and confortable. The bed was very good. I slept soooo goooood!!! The food was good. Not expensive.

In central Cuenca, this hotel is very cozy and the staff are super friendly. The food is excellent too. Not suitable for those that can't do stairs as there is no elevators.

The food in the hotel was delicious Ecuadorean selections - and they were glad to substitute. We ate dinner here twice because there was a huge downpour just as we planned to walk to another restaurant.
