The food is fantastic. Prices are around 12-20 per plate. Very nice looking restaurant. Good for meetings or personal dates. I cannot express enough how good I thought the food was.

I really enjoyed the service and the food. Feels like home, it was nice and warm for a foggy evening in Quito. They also have tables outside with a fireplace which it makes it comfy.

We just had a family dinner at Sole e Luna, an italian restaurant that is, in someway, a reliable and nice option when going out. Sadly, their food is no longer what it used to be. A minestrone filled with pesto (?), Fiorentine musles drowned...in salt (we had to return them) and crab capeletti that sent me right to the bathroom that night. I hope they improve their food quality.More

We had a nice anniversary dinner there. My husband had the lamb and I the black ravioli filled with seafood, we shared the calamari fritti as appetizer and a desert. The food was really delicious, the service was corteous and fast. The reason I give it...an average rating is the wine list, only chilean wines none of which my husband and I cared for at incredibly high prices and we ended up having a campari with orange juice and apperitive and a rose wine by the glass with the meal, but each drink was over $10 ($40 total), so the final tab for the both of us was over $115. I think this was excessive, I think about going back for the food but if you cannot accompany it with a decent drink at adecent price, I don't think we'll be going back...More

This lovely Italian restaurant is tucked behind garden walls in what was once a private home. You can enjoy outdoor eating or the cozy, beautifully decorated indoors. My husband and I enjoyed lunch and then later, my husband returned solo. Our shared lunch began with...an hors d'oeuvre size appetizer gratis. We ordered a fish entree each that was well prepared, tasty and artfully presented. Wine by the glass was a little higher priced than in similar restaurants, but it was a generous pour. On his solo trip, my husband ordered an entrada of crab claw bathed in butter and topped with cheese that he said was splendid. On both occasions, service was top notch, very professional.More

My wife and I enjoyed the restaurant very much, the food was great. Started off with a wonderful seafood in cream sauce appi and main course was a Ravioli. Only down side was when I asked for the wine list the waiter brought two glasses...of house wine. I didn't think my Spanish was that bad. Plus side, the owner took care of us for the rest of the night.More

Unfortunately, I don't agree with the reviews, I ordered a penne alla vodka dish and it was average. I am not wowed when a restaurant cannot make great pasta and sauce when it's a simple dish. The bread was room temperature/ somewhat cold and the...butter was cold and like a rock, both things should never happen in an "upscale" restaurant. I was actually surprised that they serve their bread with butter, usually restaurants at that level serve olive oil, so it was a poor start to a lukewarm meal. The waiters and host were very nice, but the place was a let down.More

Took my kids there. We enjoyed the moment. Great food, nice place, professional staff and the owner and host is just fantastic. Try their carpacccio and grilled octopus. Would appreciate if they had a larger selection of wines, but all in all, recommended
