Food was spectacular, our waiter David was personable and terrific, executive chef came out to ask us how we were enjoying our dinner, couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable birthday dinner

An excellent restaurant in the heart of Quito. This was my second visit, and the dining is amazing. There were six of us, and we all had the 8 course tasting menu for $70.00 per person. That's not cheap, but you will have an experience you will never forget.

We dined at Zazu after getting recommendations from several different sources including the hotel, Trip Advisor and others. It was our first night in the City and our experience was outstanding. Cool modern atmosphere and attractive offerings.

A little more upmarket than we usually use when travelling but we had a special event to celebrate. Had a great night, elegant setting, first class service, delicious Ecuadorean food - and highlight was berry ice cream made at the table with liquid nitrogen

One of my favorite restaurants in town! From the entrance until the very end I enjoy everything. Hospitality and friendliness are the best about service, the food spectacular presentation and also flavorful. Definitely one place to try !

We had a good experience at Zazu yesterday and both had the tasting menu. Several of the dishes were immaculate and delicious, and others left us hoping for something else. In total, the tasting menu felt a bit over priced compared to its competitors - it is advertised for $60 on the website but is $70 at the restaurant and... More

Their tasting menu was truly outstanding. A really fun food trip through Ecuador's regions. It was awesome to have Andean/Ecuadorian ingredients/dishes prepared with modern, world-class cooking techniques. The Trip Advisor app sucks and is not displaying the pictures I took of each dish. So I had to upload a composite I used for the gram. Go to Zazu. It rules.... More

We had heard much good about Zazu and went to dine at our anniversary. Due to the recommendations, we chose the Chefs menu. Out of five dishes, three were excellent, the main course was overcooked and with octopus not well prepared; even a complain and a new serving did not change the course, it was not ok. The dessert was... More
