We were jet lagged and in need of sustenance. Our hotel recommended Le Flaubert and are we glad they did. We took advantage of the warm weather and sat outside. Our waiter,Oscar, was as helpful as he was entertaining. A few glasses of lovely Carmenere....More

My friends and i used to visit this restaurant some years ago when we worked nearby. Today we met again there to remember our times on the neighborhood. The menu is basically the same with little change over the years, the quality is still there....More

What a real gem for french food lovers in Santiago. I tasted the fois gras, the confit and apple tart. The duck was simply delicious, but unfortunately you only get a small portion of potato gratin to accompany it. I would recommend ordering extra sides....More

Many places in this neighborhood are closed on Sunday. I stopped by Le Flaubert for an afternoon coffee. I had a great espresso, a refreshing watermelon juice and a couple items from the desert menu on the terrasse.

Choose your dish from the 'movable' blackboard, showing prices that seemed quite reasonable. I asked for an English menu, which quickly appeared, though the family did help! Between the 6 of us we had Duck; Steak; Corvina (sea bass); Conger eel; Greek salad. All tasted...More

We love to go to this place for lunch on a lazy Saturday afternoon. All the staples of french cuisine are on the menu, the staff is discretely present, and the noise of the city dies down to virtually nothing after two o'clock. For lunch,...More

We stopped here for lunch on Easter Sunday, as there weren’t many places open, and really enjoyed our visit. The menu is a combination of classic French dishes, a few Mediterranean offerings, and a few Chilean dishes/ coupled with a decent wine list. For starters...More

Saw this on Trip Advisor and was not disappointed. Tried the signature dish - Steak Robespierre - and was served enough meat for 2 people! It would be worth sharing. Very good food and excellent service.
