We were there for lunch, we had pisco sour very well prepared, the way it should be. Not too sweet, not too lemony. A tender fresh carpaccio, fettuccine nero di seppia with a rich flavoured sauce with shrimps and salmon, really good ! a risotto with locos ( kind of abalone). Locos only exist in Chile and are a tender... More

Established in Barrio Lastarria (the cultural and bohemienne place in Santiago) is one of the best italian restaurants. Flavours are not affected by horrible local spicies such as cilantro.

Squadrittos is one of the best Italian restaurants in Santiago with a good selection of dishes, an excellent wine list and a warm atmosphere.

It was our anniversary, visiting Santiago and planning dinner with friends. The concierge at Lastarria 43/61 recommended Squadritto (with 2 't's), and certainly we were glad he did. I went to the restaurant at 4:00 to arrange a reservation. It was closed and I could not see anyone in the front. As I was leaving a lovely woman and her... More

We were 1 1/2 hour waiting for the dish, pasta was overcooked and the chicken was undercooked. They don't have enough staff at the kitchen.

A special occasion restaurant with linen table cloths and great wait staff. We each had an unexpectedly large bowl of the best minestrone soup each of us had ever had. It could not be finished. My wife ordered panna cotta, since she did not have the opportunity to order any properly prepared during a just completed 14 day ocean voyage,... More

Great Italian meal on a Sunday. I was looking for lively and authentic and this was the place. It was packed on a Sunday afternoon. The Caprese was fresh and the pasta, homemade. I found the (wine) prices reasonable and, of course, the mousse chocolate and cafe a must. Looking for Italian? It's on a sleepy street by Sta Lucia.... More

First visit to this Italuan food restaurant and not the last while we're visiting Santiago. The service is excellent and the waiter who served us spoke very good English -while not essential dies help - and was extremely professional. The food was well presented, tasty and was a good sized serving. Restaurant is centrally located and reasonably priced. A recommended... More

It is a safe bet. I have been there several times and they have always delivered. Service could improve a bit. Better be in front than in the back. Good value.

Don't go, the service sucks. I suggested my family to lunch there but we were offered a table next to restrooms, with dirty napkins and no waiter available for taking the order. We decided to leave after a 30min wait, following a 25min waiting to be seated.
