Definitely one of the best restaurants in Santiago. The food is really good, big portions and reasonably priced, great wine selection and excellent Piscos. Service was outstanding! Worth every penny.

On a trip to Chile I had one night in Santiago. My hotel in Las Condes was about 15min walk from Pinpilinpausha restaurant and I was in mood for some Spanish food from the mother land. I arrived around 8:30 and the restaurant had a few people. From the outside it look nice and quaint. I was sat right away... More

This restaurant has an amazing cuisine, I was blasted by some of their dishes, so well prepared, fine and delicate harmonization of flavors. The wine list is really good, great selection of produces (a lot of small ones too) from north to south of Chile.

The Basque food here is a nice change of pace from typical Chilean restaurants. We had very good seafood for dinner. And the hot cocoa was among the best we've had anywhere,... More

For those of us traveling from the States, where it is hard to find good Basque food, Pinpilipausha is our chance. Very good quality. Very good wine selection. The country is not particularly renowned for courteous service, so don't expect too much in that regard. Just sit back and enjoy the food for what it is. Make sure you have... More

Excellent Restaurant. Only in Chile you can eat a bowl os sea urchins raw😨😋. We had, (2 of us) , a big plate of this marvellous food with cilantro, olive oil,(small)quantity, and chopped raw onion. The chileans call this mixture "salsa verde"(green sauce). Delicious!! And then Locos, ( avalones), also super. Then we had merluza with clams, (my friend had... More
