Had a great evening here a few months ago. Loved sampling so many different traditional and historically-inspired dishes. Our server and the waitstaff in general were kind and knowledgable. Great wine selection. Would love to go back whenever I get back to Santiago!

Not bad experience. Not formal restaurant but a little bit expensive. Not clear why they called “ancestral”, only explanation about ingredients from different areas of the country. Good ambience

Along with 040, Peumayen was my favorite meal in Santiago. A tasting menu quite unlike anything I had ever had before with fantastic service by waiters who really know the dishes. A must.

So many flavors on my tongue tonight, after about 10 different unidentifiable “this is delicious!” tastes I hit the wall at the calf stomach stew: my brain was too confused for stomach to process. The breads, arranged by origin from north to south Chile, were...More

We paid about 58,000 pesos for two persons. This included drinks - 2 bottles of water and a bottle of red wine, plus a 10 % tip.
