Grilled chicken here is pretty good but the rest of the peruvian menu is not the best in santiago. Good for a chicken lunch with friends. Don't miss the sauces.

Decided to go there for early dinner on a sunny Saturday. Quick service -- although we ordered a pitcher of the Sangria only to be told they were out. Out?! Food came quickly -- nothing special lomo saltado and gallina aji. Mine was luke warm, my wife's was cold and they took back to kitchen. Most not have been hot... More

I've been visiting several times this restaurant while staying in Santiago. I've been there for the seafood. Seafood dishes are brief, but all of them worthless: salmon risotto, white fish, ceviche, squid, and a mix between red meat and shrimps. My favourite, the squid with black olives sauce. Average price is 10k chilean pesos. Wine for glass or bottle. I... More

OK food, average for Santiago, but there are many better options for chicken in the city. You know the place is not good when they don't have good wine to offer. .service was bad.. Not much else to say. Better options around....

This restaurant was packed and the food was delicious! There were lots of options on the menu. The Peruvian pisco sours pack a punch!

The food here is Peruvian or Peruano style. I had the grilled chicken with is a half chicken boned and grilled. It looked like a chicken breast which surprised me but was a whole boned chicken cut in half, white meat and dark meat. The flavor was great. The service as spotty and hard to get the server's attention.

My wife and I just moved to Santiago and were walking around the neighborhood looking for a place to eat when we stumbled across Pardo's. The service wasn't bad, but the food was very good. My wife had the Pollo Brasa (rotisserie chicken) with a caesar salad and I had the chicharrón de pollo with fries and a fried egg.... More

When in Lima i always visit Pardos. So i was pleasantly surprised to find out a franchise in Santiago. Same great food and service as in Lima. I ordered the 1/4 chicke with chinese rice. As expected it came accompanied by an.assortment of peruvian sauces.

I have eaten at Pardo's Chicken many times over several business trips. I had to keep going back every time I was in town. The sauces they have are to die for and cause cravings. He comido en Pardo's Chicken muchas veces sobre varias viajes de negocios. Tuve que regresar cada vez que estaba en Santiago. Los aderezes son para... More
