As always Esrto and its staff delivered a unique dinner experience. Original and unique presentations of the dishes. Try also the Sunday Brunch!!! The patio is always open in spite of the restrictions and it's on a quiet street. Good space heaters make you forget...it's chilly out there. Ample parking space under the hotel. easy access!More

Estro is in the Ritz Carlton, Santiago, Chile. Restaurants in hotels, even fine hotels, can be challenging at times. Not Estro. We were seated by a lovely young lady, Catalina who immediately made us feel welcome and assured us that a wonderful dining experience was...about to happens for us. We were then visited by Geraldine, the restaurant manager who was so professional and positive about the restaurant. Our server, Yuri, was amongst the best we have ever had in any restaurant, not only delivering the meal but helping with the ordering process and checking on us multiple times without being intrusive. Yuri is an asset to the restaurant. He struck the precise note in terms of involvement with our experience. Now the food: All I can say is fantastic. Imaginative dishes perfectly presented. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. Highly recommended. Although I am sure that many or most of the servers are wonderful, ask for Yuri. He is the real deal.More

Have been here a few time for lunch (they offered a nice lunch menu on weekdays) which always was good in our opinion. Now we chose to come.for a 3 course dinner. Actually it was really good. Creative but very tasty and all serving the...purpose of having a matching taste on the plate. Combinations and ingredients absolutely great. Only thing I was a bit disappointed was the meat. They never asked if we want it medium/rare/well done. They still managed to bring a very tasty and almost perfect meat, but as the quality was good I would have ate it a bit more rare. Nevertheless, absolutely recommendable.More

I’m very disappointed. We made a reservation for dinner and arrived on time. Unfortunately, there wasn’t anyone to welcome us, show us our table, or give any information. We waited a long time. A girl finally arrived and took us to our table, at the...back of the restaurant. We tried to ask for something to drink and the food (we were very hungry and I had a low sugar level). No one appeared. So we decided to leave and eat somewhere else.More

Although I normally avoid hotel restaurants as I prefer to discover local restaurants this one looked worth a go and we weren't disappointed. It has an extensive menu and the staff are really good. All in all well worth a visit.More

Brunch at Ritz is the best you get in Santiago. Unfortunately only food wise. I have been going to wonderful Sunday brunch for over two years now. What amazes me is how Ritz manages to keep a very high standard of food while, in the...very same time, their service is getting lost. Sunday, 2nd of February 2019 was again such a day. Empty plates were stacking on the table for 20-30 min and in all this time, nobody would come to clean up. The same happened with the drinks. A generous variety of drinks are being offered but there is nobody to offer it to you. We have been talking on several occasions to the waiters, but nobody seem to care. As a client you felt there is no manager behind, whatsoever. It is not the first time that this is happening and on every occasion I had the chance to speak to someone who was in charge, thinking that I would do them a favor instead of publishing a negative comment online. However, not that the situation did not change, but service becomes every time worse - absolutely no Ritz-Carlton standard. However, the price remains as high as before - which it would be fine if they would have at least someone to fill up the glasses and clean up the tables.More

We had breakfsast included in our stay at the hotel, it was Ok. lunch was good, but dinner mediocre. It was convenient, but they got overwhelmed during breakfast when many guests arrived at the same time.

Nestled inside the Ritz Carlton, Estro reflects the brand of the hotel it inhabits. Staying at the Ritz made it an easy decision to have breakfast at Estro. There were so many choices we didn't know where to start. Our favorite part about the buffet...is we were able to also custom order our breakfast. I decided on the Omelette and my husband had the Eggs Benedict. Javier Villanueva was our server He was both attentive and friendly to whatever we needed. I enjoyed a cappuccino while my husband enjoyed traditional coffee with warm cream. We were accommodated in whatever we needed. That's the Ritz touch. On Sunday they offer a brunch, which we passed on as we were looking for something else However, many have said it was delicious. Highly Recommend.More

Well thought out decor with range of indoor and undercover verandah seating. Excellent friendly service. Very good drink and wine lists. Attractive food offering. On our table, we had two superb dishes and two, that while well presented, lacked strong flavours in them - comment...was rather bland. Loved the atmosphere and the experience and would give them another chance.More
