Bad experience!
To celebrate a friend's birthday...
Reservations are not accepted, service is slow and at 9:00 p.m. several dishes were already gone. The poor wine list and the
slow attention.
Expensive prices for the quality of the dishes and service.
I do not recommend it …

We came to have dinner at this place taking advantage of a significant discount with the bank (40%) since this restaurant, although good, has high prices. We ordered a classic cathedral sour ($9,900), an Evian still water ($2,500), a Sprite zero ($2,300), a shrimp causa ($15,900) as a starter, a chili de gallina ($16,900) and a grandma's roast for the main course. ($18,900) to finish with a Lima sigh dessert ($5,600).
All this consumption would have cost us $79,200 with tip, but with the discount it ended up at $47,520 tip included.
In general, the food was quite good, our orders were not delayed (even though the place was full) and the service was very friendly.

Surprised with Santiago. Very nice city. Cosmopolitan, the Pacific entrance from the East.
Beautiful buildings, a postcard for architects and engineers and tourists in general.
To tour Shopping make a list or guide why you lose your way and tremble your credit card
A lot of advice to take care in certain areas, but that happens in all major cities.
Celiacs !!!!!!!!!!!! Fish, sushi, little strips, delicious ceviches, but with the care to explain and repeat to the Garzon the care.
Tip !! travel with gluten-free soy sauce x that soy-free sushi does not go. I did not take the job of going to a dietetic shop in Santiago, but for the next one travel in the wallet.

Terrible attention from the waiter, a dish that we ordered easy 6 times never arrived. Drinks arrive that are not, and when we had all finished eating, the wrong missing dish arrives. The restaurant manager, Luis Conco, offered to send us the missing dish to take away, but charge us for the dish that was not the order. When I ask him not to give me the takeaway dish, but not to charge me for the one that arrives late and wrong, he smiles ironically.
Terrible service and terrible compensation to the customer.

I greatly enjoyed my dinner on the heated patio of Tanta, one of many restaurants connected to Parque Arauco. Even though the servers on the night I visited did not fluently speak English, I still got by as a Spanish learner, and they were all extremely friendly and accommodating. The dish I ordered was generous in size, which certainly boosted its value and the restaurant’s experience in general; the flavors were tasty, although I would’ve preferred the chicken slightly less salty.
All in all, I loved my time at Tanta and would return on my next Santiago trip!

Terrible place. The food is very expensive, that wouldn't have mattered if it weren't for the fact that the food they serve in this place in Santiago is nothing like what they serve in Lima. We ordered a tacu tacu that tasted horrible and a chili de gallina that was overcooked. Terrible food for what it costs.

Wait-staff spoke English so I asked for his recommendation - Fried Fish, shrimp, and calamari with thinly slide onions and tomatoes. Food was served hot and was very delicious. Wife ordered Lomo Saltos (Beef in a sauce) which was also very tasty and pieces of meat were very tender. Service was friendly and efficient and helpful since they spoke English.
This is a place I would return to if I ever return to the area.

I ordered a typical dish like lomo saltado, the potatoes come with skin and excessively browned, very different from what it was before. The onion is not lightly sautéed, with a strong flavor. For the cost of the dish it does not meet expectations

Probably the worst option for Peruvian dinner in Santiago. Very expensive and the dishes are nothing special.
I ordered the sour cold and it arrived lukewarm.
The snack arrived cold (will they have it frozen?)
Of the two dishes, fomes, the lomo saltado arrived cold and the risotto boiling.
They clearly won't get ready in the minute.
In a picá it is forgiven, but with these prices, no.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, they are only serving at the terrace and they follow the Covid-19 protocols.
Our Peruvian server was very nice. We went there to eat ceviche and he recommended the ceviche del norte and the fisherman plate. This last one has a fish tiradito with rocoto sauce, fingers of fried fish and a causa with tomato and avocado. The fish fingers had tartar sauce.
We were amazed at the size of the dishes, both were huge and they were really good.
To drink we had artisan lager beer (Volcanes del Sur) and a mint ginger lemonade.
This restaurant is not cheap but the size and quality of the dishes are worth it.
Total bill with tip CLP 40k (about 56 bucks).
This restaurant is part of the GastĂłn Acurio group.

Wide selection of dishes to share and some mains too.
The fried seafood was heavy, not really tast and there was more fried dough than fish or prawns...
For the main, fish was okay but served with a very sweet dressing and not really delicate.
Portions are generous.
Service was good with a courteous and professional young lady.
Average place.

Nice food and good environment. We ordered Lomo Saltado and Estofado de Carne al Vino y Champiñones. Lomo Saltado was really delicious with tender meat and very tasty. Estofado de carne had a great risotto but the meat was a bit tough. Make sure to ask for a knife that can cut meat.
Overall, a good experience.

It is located in the mall Alto Las Condes, in the outside terrazza on the top floor. I was there at lunch, the atmosphere is relaxed despite it was quite crowded, there is a lot of space, tables are not too close, service is professional and quick. Ceviche is fresh and good, I took the Norteño, my friend the Classic, with soda and coffee we paid 38.000 CLP.

Depending on the time you visit it could get a little hard to get a table, but it is totally worthy. Very well done dishes full of Peruvian flavors, the pisco sour was superb, dessert delicious (if have any room left). Service is great. Very very good choice to enjoy delicious food.
